Yeah, there's going to be a wait, but I totally understand why. They're honest and fair. My blower motor had a mouse nest, and to reach the blower motor you have to remove the gas, brake and clutch on my nissan versa. They quoted me $300- $400, but after everything was said and done they only charged me $180 for the labor! I'm glad my uncle suggested this place to me! I was visiting from atlanta and had no idea where to go.

This is the only place where I would take my car for regular maintenance and repairs. The owner is fair and honest with needed work. They are busy, so you do need to call ahead before dropping off your vehicle.

I dropped off a flat tire, they checked it out while I was there, ordered a new one and had it ready for me the same afternoon, awesome

This place is really awesome. They are very professional, extremely helpful, and very reliable. Paul is so nice and easy to talk to. They are always packed with cars, which is a good thing because a lot of people trust their service. But Paul does a great job keeping things organized and running the place efficiently, despite all of the costumers. I highly recommend Poquoson Auto though.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years. We can always count on the owner and staff to quote the best price and only recommend necessary work be done. It's refreshing to find a business that one can trust to perform consistent, quality work. We won't take our cars anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

They are old school but it works! Good wholesome, honest quality work. They explain things in terms that you can understand and finish with a courteous phone call in a timely manner. They recognize my vehicle and the work that was done on it when I bring it in. Amazing folks!!

Great Service and reasonable prices

I don't know how Paul can remember who I am and what cars I have every time I call but he does. He is always helpful, answers all my questions, never pressures me into any work, and is dependable. It's great to have an honest individual and business to put my trust into.

I've been taking my vehicles to Paul for years and he's the most honest auto repair owner I know. He won't have you repair something unless its needed, and his prices are very reasonable. I've always recommended Poquoson Auto Repair when asked, and have always had a glowing report.

I was only in the area for a short while and looking for a reliable shop to get some handling issues dealt with. A coworker suggested Poquoson Auto Repair and they did a good job at a reasonable price. When I was not fully satisfied with the way my car drove after servicing, Poquoson Auto Repair had me bring it back and addressed the issues at no charge. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Hampton, Virginia region.

Went in for a simple inspection and knew there would be some things wrong. This shop isn’t a one stop shop, but is perfect for small repairs and can be trusted to give it to you straight. They recommended muffler king to fix my cracked exhaust and they did a great job for a low price. It was a headache getting everything fixed on my car but they helped with everything they could and way undercharged for the work performed. They attempted to repair my HID headlight but with little success and refused to charge me the time they took attempting to fix it. Try and go to a dealership and get that.
Like I said earlier it’s probably not the best shop for complicated and extensive repairs, but anything else they can’t be beat for honesty, quality, and price. I even offered to pay more when he told me the amount due because it seemed too low and he wouldn’t take my money. Hard to find service like that these days.

Excellent and honest professionals. Thought I needed my front wheel bearings pressed, but after taking my new rotor assemblies to Poquoson Auto Repair, the mechanic showed me how I was going about the job all wrong and gave me excellent advice. Didn't charge me a penny. Will definitely be back if I have any more auto problems. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Paul for maintenance and repairs on my '94 pick-up and '06 Accord for nearly 10 years. He's super knowledgeable, as honest as they come, and has earned my trust over and over again.

It's as good as it gets. I've been going there for over 10 years and have never had to take a car back because the problem wasn't fixed. VERY reasonable cost. Early Bird dropoff. If I don't have to take it to the dealer, it goes to Poquoson Auto Repair.

The mechanic that runs this shop is such an awesome man! He is NOT out to take your money. He does not say you need something if you don't, and he does not overcharge! This place is an excellent place to go for repairs and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I don't live close enough to use Poquoson Auto any more, but anytime I have a car issue I wish I could bring it here. One of the rare places I have been in my life that I felt confident they were doing everything they could to fix my car and save me every dime they could. If only I could find a place like this again, it's value is beyond words.

Made an appointment..dropped off my vehicle and they did the inspection and work I requested..definitely hassle free and the price was reasonable. I will continue to use them.
