We have been serviced with Mares for at least 5 years and counting. Company is attentive and communication is good. Our service tech Jeremy is top notch! Very knowledgeable, professional and on time. Listens to our concerns and addresses them all the time. Service is affordable as well.

I love this pest company!! Have them for soon a year. There is no issue with bugs and others in my house. Always on time. Communication is the best. I had another companies, they did a cheap job and always have bug issues in my house. Glad I found this best company!! Dan is the best too!

I have been using Mares Exterminating for a couple of years and it has been a great experience. Our technician, Jeremy, is amazing! He is patient with our excitable lab and nosy toddler while being fast and efficient. I can't recommend them enough especially if you are in the Virginia Beach area!

This is an honest business. I had them come out to look at a concern I had with crawl space moisture along with termite inspection. They gave me recommendations that were reasonable and saved me money. I highly recommend this company for any pest or moisture issues.

22April2024: I find immense satisfaction w/Mares coming to fix a small leak on a sump pump (discovered during yrly termite inspection) on Earth Day! We all need to respect MotherEarth!
A truly marvelous, professional, honest, all-around great company that is not just for exterminating! Mares has installed equipment, repair/paint windows, inspect, exterminate to name a few items performed over 30+ yrs in two different houses at two different locations. Not only on time, finish clean but the customer service (in office/field) is commendable. Have been a long termite contract holder and recently had a rodent issue. Dan and Mares went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and we were satisfied with pest control. I have referred several friends and family because it’s hard to find trustworthy people!

I’m so pleased with the service Mare’s provides. We live near the water so I was a little concerned that they don’t spray inside the residence, but I can honestly say the outside spray has kept ALL bugs out of my home. They are very courteous and professional.

We've always had a good experience with Mares and they've helped us keep our crawl space dry and bug free. With an annual inspection, they make sure we keep our dehumidifier and pumps in good working order as well as fully inspect to make sure we do not have a problem with termites or other pests. Cayden did our latest inspection and he was knowledgable and thorough giving us a full report. Highly recommend Mares.

Absolutely wonderful company. I've trusted them for three years with my home and haven't had any complaints. Mare's carries my pests as well as the termite protection. Every employee that enters the house is pleasant, polite, and professional. Office staff are cordial and do try to fit everything in. No questions if you ask for a second spray. Local company that is from the area. I love that the calls go to an actual person rather than a call center somewhere else. No random rate hikes, just a quality service.
