MOSAIC Restaurant

Nice restaurant with good food, service, and atmosphere. Drinks were just okay - wife and I tried both sangrias and Carytown Limeade, fine enough but not fantastic. Smoked gouda pimento dip was very nice, not a warm dip, but flavorful and delicious nonetheless, and topped with very unique candied jalapeños. Charleston chicken roller and Mosaic burger were both lovely, with sides of fantastic fries and solid lemon vinaigrette mixed greens. Cinnamon bread pudding for dessert was very good, but ooey gooey butter cake was amazing, an absolute must-try!

The food at mosaic was exceptional. I had a tenderloin candy red cabbage mashed sweet potatoes and a German sausage that was very good. I also had a cup of soup it was a scallop soup made like she crab soup but much better. My wife had the Mosaic Burger she thought it was very good with appetizers we had the spring rolls. The service was wonderful the atmosphere was great it was all together in nice experience.

One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We had the brussel sprouts appetizer, pork belly and short ribs for entree, and ooey gooey butter cake for dessert. Service was fantastic and our server Cece was the best. We will definitely be back.

Wait staff were very nice and dedicated to our enjoyment of our meal. Food was hot and nicely spaced out. Everything was delicious and you could tell it was seconds off the stove. Vibes were cozy and made me feel like we were the only guests there even though it was packed.

It has been so long since my last visit I had forgotten how awesome Mosaic’s staff are! Perfect evening for patio seating. I had a terrific Braised Beef Sparerib with whipped potatoes and Brussel sprouts , but the crowning jewel was desert: “OOEY GOOEY” BUTTER CAKE
served warm with salted caramel gelato. So good in fact , we convinced an adjacent table to order it also, and they thanked us after sharing it .

We had an amazing dinner at Mosaic. The food and the service were both phenomenal. Our server CiCi, was friendly with great energy and a perfect knowledge of the menu. Her recomendations were on point.
The cornmeal fried oysters were perfectly prepared. They cornmeal gave them a wonderful crispy texture and the candied bacon was more of a jam and provided a sweet compliment. The combination was perfect. We also tried the salmon croquets which were also aperfect blend of textures. My husband had the short rib with brocolini instead of mashed potatoes. He loved it. The brussel sprouts were my favorite. Try all of those things.
Their bar knows a thing or two about cocktails as well. We enjoyed two expertly crafted cocktails, the "river road" which was light and refershing and the "Gimi Gimi your love" which packed a flavorful kick.
We don't normally do deserts but our server CiCi raved about the Ooey Gooey Cake that we had to try it. It was worth every carb and the extra time in the gym the next day.
From our initial call answered by Shane to let them know we had the wrong location and would be late for our reservation, to the arrival of our desert, every thing was absolutely perfect. Atmosphere, food, service, even the other customers were great. What a place!

We had no complaints and will definitely be back... soon!

Delightful, inspired meal combining tastes from India, Italy and North America. Comfortable, cozy vibe.

Delicious fried oysters! Love the touch of candied bacon in the sauce. Micro greens, and pickled red onion garnish. The fried calamari was also very good!

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious. I loved the shrimp and grits the best. I have tried it in so many places and this was by far the best. Flavorful dishes and amazing drinks. Highly recommended. I'll be going back.

Clayton fixed the BEST cocktails. He’s is creative and hilarious. The food was delicious! We will be “regulars”! Thank you Clayton, for making date night FUN!

Always a great experience dining at Mosaic. They have a great food selection and everything my husband and I have ever tried is delicious. The mixed drinks are delicious, particularly the cary street limeade. The atmosphere is cozy and we love the booths with comfy pillows. Clayton has been both our waiter and bartender on different visits and he is super attentive and friendly. I highly recommend!

Honestly, I went here after seeing the boozy hot chocolate on Instagram, but we ended up loving everything we had. Smoked gouda app and the pork belly entrée were so good. Also great service and price point for portions is pefect! We'll definitely be back soon.

Celebrated Valentine's Day (on Feb 15). The short rib special was awesome.

I reached out to MOSAIC Restaurant to see if they had a chef’s table or chef’s tasting menu available for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday celebration and to celebrate our anniversary. The manager, Randy, quickly responded and was happy to set up a custom event for our group of 13 people. Randy was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process.

Chef Tim was a pleasure to work with. He met with me to discuss our likes/dislikes and he developed a menu that was perfect for our group! He designed a 7-course chef’s tasting menu just for us. I really wanted to have a unique culinary experience and Chef Tim did just that. During dinner, he came out to the table and explained each dish. Every detail was clearly thought out and his innovative yet classic French approach to cooking really shined through. Everything was absolutely delicious! Each dish was plated beautifully. He also accommodated my Mother’s food allergies which we greatly appreciated.

Shane did an amazing job selecting wine pairings for each course. The different wines complemented each course perfectly. Everyone was writing down their favorite wines off of the tasting list because they plan on buying them! They were that good. This exemplifies Shane’s expertise and talent for using the flavors in wine to complement the flavors of the food.

Sarah was our waitress for the night. She was extremely attentive and organized. She handled a large group with ease. Each course and paired wine was brought out at the same time and she continuously cleared the table to prepare for the next course. Sarah’s outstanding performance helped facilitate the timing of the evening and helped everything go smoothly.

Our evening could not have been better! MOSAIC restaurant and the key individuals listed above ensured that every detail was taken care of and that we all had a great experience. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed a truly unique culinary experience! Thank you all!

Always a wait - make reservations - but worth the wait due to friendly service, a menu of enjoyable variety, and very tasty food. Nice ambiance too.

As today is my Birthday. This was an AMAZING Experience. My 1st and can't wait until my next VISIT!!! Everything was 5-star.

Great food, fresh ingredients and very good. A little pricey but worth it.

Great curbside service for Saturday late afternoon. We had Fried Green Tomato BLT’s and Home Fries. Absolutely delicious and will knock the ever lovin Wuhan right outta ya! Already planning return trip!

Went for a quick bite to eat during the week and it was great! Service was wonderful, Clayton was excellent. Pimento Dip was very good, and so was the Eastie Chicken Sando.

My first visit to Mosaic was a great experience. I plan to return to try other menu items.
