I wish the hours were convenient. Closing at 5pm is tough, 6 pm was better.

Suzanne was absolutely amazing! She took the time to measure (and place on hold) a lovely green cashmere sweater for me! She was so patient and understanding. One doesn’t see customer service this great anymore. Talbots is lucky to have her. Highly recommend this location for shopping

This is the best Talbot's store anywhere. Huge selection. Petites available. Helpful staff. You can reserve clothing online and have it waiting to try on when you get to the store. You can purchase online and return to the store. Of course, browsing the store is also an option. I love that there is still someplace to shop where the staff will keep checking up on you to see how the fitting is going and will go and fetch other sizes and colors. If they don't have it in the store, they will find it at another store or have it delivered to your home. So helpful for very busy people.

Outstanding clothes and an outstanding team of wonderful ladies who work at the River Road location! I’m immediately greeted when I walk into Talbots and I’m provided with great service during my entire visit. I look forward to shopping at Talbots for so many reasons but the welcoming team of ladies means the most to me. Great service and great clothes!
