Two sales associates were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in this location and found it to be clean and well organized. They greeted everyone who entered and asked if I was ready to check out. I wanted to change something in my order and there weren’t any arguments, just rescanning they appropriate items and everything was good! Everyone was very polite and upbeat! I will be happy to return!

Love, love, love this store!! I love this store so much because they always have some cool mushroom (shroom) clothes. I’m a psychonaut so this is much appreciated! I also greatly appreciate how they have a large plus sized section. That way I can shop for myself and for my daughter all in the same store. Very trendy clothing. Reasonable prices for new clothes. Quality of clothes is really great too.

We went to two different rue 21in Virginia Beach area while in on vacation we hit the sale isle's hard. My favorite shirts were on sale and filled several bags full of shirts short and long sleeve sweatshirts and a few things for the girls as well. I never find this many things I like in one place both stores had great employees and we're very helpful thanks I'm all stocked up for the next year

great service ! they’re very helpful & sweet especially the worker named jada . she helped me for about 15 minutes finding a shirt . ii showed her the shoes and she helped me find a shirt ! loved the service .

Super helpful. I called during peak time and I was asked to hold due to line, but representative was Awesome you hear me. Listenes and had the item waiting for me at the register when I got there. Thank you so much I appreciate you all.

I wish they didn't sell out of my size 22 in those all black distressed jeans so quick but the customer service was amazing; as usual.

They have $3 clearance! But in general there prices are very reasonable. I promise you, you'll walk out with at least 2 bags of stuff!
