Nice- sized Lush store. Canadian soap so there are lower priced products than the international Lush stores. Friendly service, nice variety of products.

The employees at this location are incredible and the reason I will be a Lush customer for life. On two separate occasions the employees at Lush have gone out of their ways to make myself and my family feel special, taken care of, and just really boosted our day. A special shout out to Jasmine and Elaine for making a really bad day turn into one I think back on with a full heart. Thank you both and everyone at the Lush store in MacArthur.

I recently visited this store and I was blown away at the kindness and helpfulness of the two ladies that were there! Jasmine and Elaine went above and beyond in not only being kind beautiful souls but showing empathy to me as well as helping me find the perfect gift for my daughter! I just want this company to know the gems they have working in this store! Never before have I received such excellent customer service and this is not just a one time experience… my daughter also had an amazing experience in this store! Customers for life!

The ladies here today went so above and beyond I was actually almost speechless at their kindness! Since I was a little girl walking around the mall with my mom I dreamed of the days I’d one day get to do that with my daughter. If you’ve been to a mall recently you’d know that malls are kind of sad experiences now. Well, today I brought my 3 year old to the mall despite there not being too much for us there. We stopped at lush as our last store on our way out to treat her to a bath bomb for tonight’s bath! I had told her to keep her hands to herself but she wanted to smell EVERYTHING! One of the young ladies working came and talked with her about the smells and held them for her so she could smell them since she knew not to touch! Her patience and kindness was so sweet! We had decided on the SpongeBob themed ones for her and headed to the counter to pay! After paying that sweet young lady brought my daughter out a little gift for being so well behaved and having such good manners (we’ve been working hard on those). I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she truly made my daughters day! On the way home she wanted to call grandma and daddy and auntie and tell them all about her day and her gift she got for being good!
I know malls aren’t what they used to be but thank you so so so much for bringing a little magic into my little girls first real mall day. We will definitely be making the trek out there for as long as lush is there!

Had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was so fun! The girls had a great time with activities and making and trying products. Elana really went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect, before and during the party.

It’s always a delightful experience going to lush, and this store is no exception! The workers are always kind, the product is always well stocked, and the sparkles are always present!! I do wish lush (in general) had more options for body conditioners. I don’t love the way ro’s argan smells, and I don’t love the way tingle makes me feel. I was devastated when they didn’t bring back snow fairy body conditioner this year. I wish they had a karma body conditioner!!

Usually always a great experience when I go here. There are a few employees that always seem annoyed to be asked questions, but I love the products. My favorite thing from tbere are the massage bars. We buy about 4 a month.

Tea tree facial scrub and shampoo and conditioner . So excited to try😇wonderful staff helped me ; Hayley and Reed.To add to this review a week later . Shampoo was great. If you have long hair I would pass on the conditioner because it made my hair have tangles. Maybe it works for short hair.

I barely made it in the door before I was greated!! This was my first time in there. I always pass by there when I get my nails done. It smells AMAZING in there. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Went in on a whim and met this wonderful lady name Alana who talked to me about so many product and gave me so many samples I felt so special ! I could not wait to get home and try them ... 5 days later I have created an account and sent my parents, sisters and aunts so much Lush shower jellys, bath bombs and shower gels and face masks (I got Rose Jam and LOVE it) I literally just walked in because I like sparkly things and had no intention to drop soo much of my husband's hard earned money on. Thank you Alana for making a tired mom feel so special and creating a complete LUSH 💖.

I am a long time Lusg customer. This was my first time at the Norfolk store. Jas was absolutely amazing! So kinda and helpful. She even opened the store a few minutes early because she saw us standing outside. She went above and beyond. Instead of ordering online, I will make the drive just to see her.

Love all the samples!!!! Smells amazing and so much to choose from. The perfumes are just so impressive!

Love love love this place. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. My card got stuck in my work badge and they literally took time to help me remove it. I even got a body scrub sample. You have never had a real bath until you try their products.

Smells great in there and the ladies that work there are very helpful and really cool. If your looking for naturally made items that smell amazing. This is your place..

Went today and the employee with the purple hair was so nice and helpful. They really helped me out and gave me so many samples. Feeling so blessed

The staff is awesome. What I like is they don't bombard you trying to sell you stuff as soon as you walk in. But literally as soon as I needed some help, someone was there. She was so knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for some hair products and all I did was tell her a little about my hair and what I wanted for it, and she immediately hooked me up with the perfect products.

Lush products are a little expensive but they're such good quality and last for ever. You gotta love all the world-conscience stuff they do, too.

They aim to please everyone from kids to adults they don't miss . They have a powder for your bed that helps you sleep OMG amazing they have sugar lip scrub I love this to death deodorant for people who like natural deodorant skin care products body washes lotions and a bar form it really is a hands-on experience you have to go in there you're missing out if you don't go inside

Forgive me if I get her name wrong but I believe it was Sam that helped me. She explained everything to me and helped me pick a great secret santa gift for a coworker. Very sweet and knowledgeable about the products. Give that girl a raise for Christmas! She deserves it!

I have been working in customer service for almost ten years and I have never received better from this location! I was here for the weekend coming from Delaware and when I got to the hotel I realized I forgot to bring the bag that had all of my toiletries in it, including brand new Lush skincare that I purchased a couple of days ago. I told the lady up front my story and immediatley said she would hook me up with some samples. I thought I was going to have to spend 100 more dollars for the same products I had just bought. She was so nice about it too. I wish I would've gotten her name but i was so overwhelmed with how caring she was being I forgot to ask. On my receipt it says the employee number is 2007813. I don't know if you can find her but if you do she needs to be awarded for how awesome her customer service is. I will never forget it!
