Purchased my 2021 ram 2500 from this dealership spring of 2022. There was some initial miscommunication regarding the number of keys I would have with the vehicle between myself and the salesperson. However the Napleton team stepped up and helped to resolve my concern and did a great job taking care of me. I look forward to working with them on my next vehicle purchase in the future.

This dealership was very respectful and worked with me very well I found aBMW M3 they had in stock. First stepping into the dealership I wanted to see if they would respect me and pay me any time because I’m young (19 y/o) and they did we check out the car and it checked off most of my boxes. So I came back with my parents and we proceeded to purchase the vehicle I haven’t had any problems with the M3 just been enjoying and driving. Today we came in with the thought this could be along day , and usually a back and fourth battle as we saw our first car that we originally saw online Katie our sales lady was very honest about anything wrong with the car and was confident that herself and her team would do anything they could to make sure the car was 100% great all around. Definitely satisfied with this dealership. I only went to look and ended up buying a brand new 2023 ram 1500. Salesman Carl and manager Cody worked up a deal I literally couldn’t refuse, it was just what I was looking for and I didn’t even know it was possible. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism I experienced. They were a breeze to work with! Now I’m smooth sailing in a beautiful quiet new truck. Had an incredible experience here, I called in to check in on a certain truck (which other dealerships would not even answer for me unless I came in), Andrew took my call and promptly pulled the truck for me to come look at. I shopped three different dealerships for this truck and not only did they give me the most affordable price but dealing with them was very fair and smooth. I bought my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Sport S from here. I walked in shortly thereafter a man approached me and introduced himself as Luke. At first I thought oh great here comes the car sales hound, but he just asked if he could help me and I said I was just looking around. Later on I went back to him where he filled in the blanks on some questions I had about newer jeeps. I’ve owned a couple of jeeps before, so when I asked him some of the questions, I was really just trying to figure out if he knew what he was talking about and he did. Got me into a nice Gladiator for a reasonable price, I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Luke!

I had a lease with a car from a different company and they were able to get me out of it and into a pickup truck seamlessly. Amy is awesome- she is the first person at this dealership to return my phone call in over a year and a half of my leaving messages for sales, service and management. She expertly and competantly handled my concerns. She made sure to keep in touch with me throughout my whole time at the dealership. I finally felt like a valued customer. She is an asset to your company. Luke was able to keep me updated on what was being done to my tire and he explained why the tire could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. I valued his explanation and insight as this would be an extra expense- or so I thought. Luke and Amy working together were also able to fix the ANDROID. program on my blue tooth screen that 2 other dealerships had given up on and could not solve.
Alvin Santos was service advisor and again I was pleasantly surprised by his prompt and professional service. He kept me updated every step of the way.
I can now honestly say my opinion of your dealership has been turned around 180 degrees because of these 3 hard-working , polite, friendly and customer focused individuals.
