I don't get the pleasure of complimenting car dealerships these days but long story short we had a very good experience here. Our service advisor Jamie was honest, decent and polite. He couldn't have helped us out more and when we showed up we were shocked to see he didn't charge us for a thing. How often does that happen? Very appreciative!

Very nice facility with friendly low pressure sales personnel. We even spoke to the sales manager. Down the road at Al Packer Ford they were condescending, and insulting. They didn't even offer to show us any vehicles. I can't believe they are in business. They missed a big sale because they pre-judged us.

Dealership was great to work with, and the purchase of a new maverick went smoothly. No markups or suprise fees. Not hassled into anything I didn't want. Recently serviced the truck and the service waiting room for was very clean, tv, bathroom and a big viewing window to watch vehicle being worked on.

Best dealership! Outstanding sales and service. I have bought my last 4 cars from them.

Brian agreed to look at my car for a dent after having me wait for 4 weeks for a quote. Finally at my appointment date, after driving 30 minutes to see him he decided not to take a look at the car. Very rude and didn’t care at all. WILL NOT BE USING THIS BODY SHOP EVER AGAIN. Terrible customer service and even worse communication. Thanks a lot Brian. Belittling your customers is your strength bedsides ripping off my mother ! Hope you’re proud.

1 is very generous. We agreed to pay $830.87 to have them replace a rear view camera for our 2014 Taurus (which has been an awesome car). They kept the car for five days, then told us that the camera is on back order with no ETA. We had to argue to have them credit us the $200 “diagnostic fee.” My wife found the camera online for $68.90. It took her ten minutes to install it. I can’t think of how Mullinax people can sleep at night.

My neighbor hit my truck and their insurance assigned me to the only ford dealer they have in 60 miles which is mullinax. After weeks trying to get anyone to call me back I finally called the insurance company and I am now having to get another shop to fix it. If you can’t even get anyone to calll you back before they have your truck I can only imagine how long it would be in their shop when they finally take it in. Horrible customer service and experience.
