The staff is very professional and do excellent vehicle repairs. I have taken my vehicle there several times and have never been disappointed. The pricing is fair, given the costs of everything these days. Lastly, they won't do unnecessary work on your vehicle/try to upcharge you for work you don't need. I will continue to use them for my car repairs [and I live in Marietta!].

The staff was really friendly, especially Lorenzo, he is super nice. I had a couple issues with my car but they helped explained it all and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing. Great conversation and amazing customer service. Will definitely return for anymore of my car needs. A++++

If I could give anymore than 5 stars, I would!! This Midas location is by far the best place to bring your car. Extremely friendly, quick, efficient, thorough and awesome! If you are thinking twice - don't, just book the appointment.
I came here recommended from a friend for a niche fix that no one else was able to help me with - and Midas did! Came back a second time when my car wouldn't work and they had it up and running in NO time.
Very appreciative of the team here, and would recommend to anyone!! 10/10.

I was 30 minutes late picking up my car and these guys stayed late so I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to pick up my car. Great people and did a great job.

We had a flat tire and are from out of town. This Midas location was fabulous. Got us right in and were able to repair the tire quickly. Excellent customer service and professionalism with all staff members. Thank you!

I’ve been here before to get new tires and also recently went in for a quick & easy oil change! Nice & Friendly staff and didn’t have to wait too long. Collins was a pleasure to work with. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop in Atlanta. Repeat customer for a reason.

Walked in and was helped by Lorenzo, super kind, helpful, personable guy. The team made it super easy to get an oil change after being on the road for a month. Super fast, car feels great, they rotated my tires, and topped my fluids. Best price I found in town! As I mentioned before I’m not from around here and I called several other businesses and were all quoting me much higher. Grateful to have stopped here!! 😁

First time going to Midas and I have to say it was a great experience. They were quick and friendly when I dropped off my car. They were effective at communicating with me and they finished the work within the time range they committed to! This place will definitely be my go to!

My experience was last minute. After a horrible experience up the road at a different place, I was listened to, and reassured the job will get done. I was in and out so quickly. I don't enjoy spending time at the shops, but the lounge was clean and comfortable. The staff was actually working hard to keep everything flowing and you can tell people had respect for these guys. I appreciate the timeliness, patience, and light humor presented by them.

I’ve been bringing my family’s cars here for more than 10 years and service has always been stellar! Normal oil changes are easy, and when someone tried to steal my truck they fixed the steering and ignition damage, (unfortunately for less than my insurance deductible). They’re good neighbors to have in our neighborhood.

Incredibly nice and helpful! They’ll text up updates then call you asking how you want to proceed. Quick, easy, painless and reasonably priced. Can’t complain!

Went there for an oil change package. The mechanic I worked with was courteous, reasonably quick, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. they didn’t reset my cars tire pressure detection, minor oversight.

Midas always gets me right, and for a great price at that! I’ve gotten most of all my oil changes done here, and they repaired my tire for free! Also really great customer service at this location!!

I went to visit the Atlanta area due to my mom staying in that location. I must say (Colin) had hands down amazing customer service. He was professional, Kind and his personality was everything. He keep me update with everything going on with my car.. He made my young daughter’s, mom and myself all feel comfortable during the time of getting my car serviced. I must say the staff was amazing all together, and I appreciate there hard work and dedication. I will definitely return again even though i live in Dallas, GA. This location is definitely worth the drive to have my car serviced as needed. Thanks, to (Colin) and the other staff members

Lorenzo provided excellent customer service. He was clear with providing information with what my car needed. Lorenzo also provided cost efficient options that worked for me. Overall great experience.

Had another amazing experience at Midas today. My battery dislodged and it ripped my starter clean off and they were able to help me fix it in 15 minutes. Will forever recommend them for their hard work and honest pricing!!

I’ve been to many auto shops but Midas is the best. The customer service is always fantastic. Shout out to Colin and Lorenzo because these guys are honest and dependable. Rest assured you will be taken care of at Midas!

Collins and his crew of working men make me think back to a time or customer service matter. But people went above and beyond what was the standard, and the bare minimum.

The messed up situation and my brakes were about tapped out.

I do so many things with my car is not even funny including earn money as a rideshare driver. I also do deliveries, and I drive my girl and my little boy in my car.

You need your brakes. And my brakes were done! Doner other than done!!!!!

The cost was step, but it had to be done and Colin help me with a credit program that financed something that this really needed to be done. It's not the most financially responsible way to pay for services because the interest was so high, and Colin let me know this up front. He gave me some really good advice, and even gave me a discount allowing me to pay right underneath the limit of what I have been approved for.

He did not know the amount I was approved for, so the discount mattered a lot and I knew that it was genuine.

My car was fixed all four brakes, in about an hour. I was floored!

This Midas is in a great and convenient location if you live anywhere near the downtown Atlanta area.

Is this guy runs a tight ship! And he got some good man working for him. And I've always been loyal to Midas cuz they always seem to help me no matter what city I'm in so it must be a good company.
