Everyone in the office was super helpful, I felt like a VIP when I went in :). The receptionist was welcoming and helpful.. Very knowledgeable about their products. They even took the time to help me narrow down what kit I needed for my GMC Sierra 1500. I'm more than pleased with my experience!

I live locally and so was fortunate enough to be able to stop by the Dr. Colorchip storefront to make an in-person purchase. This helped in saving me the cost of shipping. I must say, I had a wonderful experience with Lisa. She is the front-line representative for them, and she was great - very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She explained the different options to me. Even after a month later from making a purchase back at the end of September, I was having issues with the product. She helped schedule an appointment with one of their technicians without issues. My meeting with Scott (the technician) was also great. He helped show me the best methods to apply their products and also explained that it was only supposed to cover rock chips and not necessarily paint scratches (I wasn't aware of that). Overall, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Colorchip, from the excellent customer service to their products.

Dr. Colorchip is the best paint touch up repair for any vehicle. The paint quality and service is great. They will make your exact color vehicle with the many colors they have. I like how the product blends in with the cars paint and touches up chips and scratches. It is a affordable and fast way to make your cars paint look great again. The bottles can be a little bigger and the shipping cost needs to be cheaper. Maybe a shipping discount for large quantities. Overall the best paint touch up ever and excellent quality and service

I wanted to temporarily correct some road rash and chips on my 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG. I was going to get the hood and front bumper removed and resprayed within the next year but now I can wait because the results from the Dr. Color Chip kit were beyond my expectations. Excellent product and elated that it performed as advertised. The Benz looks showroom new again. I live in south Florida only complaint was shipping cost as I live 15 minutes right down the road!

Works on pin scratches as well as chips! I tried it out and thought if it doesn't work, and leave any paint or haze I'll wet sand/buff it out. Well it works very well! it filled in the pin size scratches that are about 6 inches long and it wiped away all of the paint on the outside of the scratches.Best fix outside of repainting your car. Simple to use. Just follow directions to a T. This was done on my modded Infiniti G37S Coupe that is a show car.

The kit came as advertised. My review is based on the fact that if I'm noticing chips in the paint, I'll notice that after using the kit, I now have chips with some blue at the bottom. Certainly the chip wasn't filled with paint, even after 3 applications. Yes, I was careful and didn't pull the paint out of the chip. I got good at removing the excess paint from around the chip and the barely running over the chip once and the chips still stood out prominently, at least to my eye. I believe my expectation were too high. Some super small chips could be filled and they were less noticeable but overall the cost of the kit and the results weren't worth it to me. Also the bottle of removal fluid was way too small to use up even half of the paint.
