Taqueria Los Tetillas

Absolutely the best place for Mexican food in the entire Seattle area. We first found Los Tetillas in 2018 and have been going since. Aside from the wonderful service and amazing food, what makes this taco truck unique is that they have vegetarian chorizo, made of tofu. This allows vegetarians to get almost anything on the menu, rather than just a veggie option or a plain burrito. I’ve tried a lot of different items, but my favorites by far are the sopes and the quesadilla plate. The food is incredibly flavorful, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Los Tetillas enough, it’s a must visit if you’re in the area. Rogelio and his family are so sweet and their food is unbeatable.

I ordered takeout and my family ate together! What a delicious taco and nacho in Bellevue! We all love it! The owner is so kind and friendly! I can't wait to try the breakfast burrito and other menu items! I'm glad to know about this food truck! 👍

I've eaten at a lot of taco trucks over the past 25 years, and this is the second place in the Seattle/Bellevue area that I've felt was worthy of a positive review.
Imo, the trucks tend to be better east of the cascades. This place is on par. I had asada, adobada, carnitas, and lengua. All of them tasted both like meat and the seasoning. Most places have minimal flavor, but each of these were excellent. The grilled onions were a nice touch. And ripe lime (you do know that ripe limes are yellow, right?) wedges were an unexpected plus. My guess is that Ymmv with the limes though.
The horchata tastes like cinnamon, not bland sugar water, and not cinnamon syrup.
It's in a parking lot, but they have a tent. But you don't eat at a truck for atmosphere.
Highly recommend, if you're into the truck scene.

Best taco truck I've ever had. Great service as there was no language barrier with the employee taking my order. A nice little pager to let me know when my food was ready. Overall this taco truck is better than any other I've ever been to. Food tastes amazing. I'll definitely be back for more tacos here!

This food truck has delicious food and a covered seating area. My go to is the sopes when I want something small. When I want something larger, there are a variety of entrees. I haven't yet tried one I didn't enjoy.

I will also always be grateful to this food truck for introducing me to champurrado, although they no longer serve it.

They are one of the best Taco trucks I've found. Tried the Mulitas this time along with a Taco. They have the most tender fine cut Lengua I've found. It is the only meat I order due to my poor dental. I will be coming here every time I'm in town!

I can only speak on the crazy bfast burrito and the Philly cheese sando with steak but I can say they’re both delicious! Two thumbs up! And great red&green sauces

This truck is in Bellevue 36th street. We ordered Birrieria 🌮 tacos. I love those tacos and meet is too good and yum 🤤

I visited Taqueria Los Tetillas on a nice Friday afternoon after the normal lunch hour. There wasn’t really a line and I had called in my order to be picked up. The taqueria truck is between an Arco and a Pizza Hut and there are an ample amount of spaces nearby. They also have also implemented all of the necessary precautions to prevent any spread of COVID-19 with cones marking where to stand and everyone wearing masks. Since I ended up ordering the crazy breakfast burrito, breakfast torta, and several adobada, carnitas, campechano, and pollo tacos. Everything was delicious, I especially enjoyed the breakfast burrito and tortas. The gooey cheese enveloped the flavorful chorizo and eggs in the torta creating a really satisfying sandwich. The breakfast burrito was also really great with the mix of meats, cheese, and the most distinctive part for me being the French fries. It brought me back to San Diego. I recommend Taqueria Los Tetillas wholeheartedly. I am not in the area very often, but when I am will make a point to stop on by.

In the parking lot at Kaiser Permanente in Factoria. I tried Mulitas which is something I had never heard of. They were Amazing!! I had chicken, asada and piccadillo. All were great!

Perfect spot in every way! Amazing food and service, very vegetarian and vegan friendly with their delicious tofu based chorizo. I’ve been coming here with my family for the years and Definetly will continue!! I definitely recommend take out for the majority of the year since it’s cold but it’s a great stop to dine at when the weather is nice! 100/10 Definetly recommend eating with friends to grab a good variety or coming back to try everything else on the menu!

You will not find a better dining experience out of a portable restaurant anywhere in North America. The burritos are wrapped so well they literally stand up on their own.

Delicious meals, & friendly staff! We had a Chicken Taco Salad, Fajita Vegetables Quesadilla, & Carne Asada Plate ... portions were generous & everyone very happy w/ their choices 😊

Fast service, good food, location is a bit weird but I went on a weekend so maybe it’s more busy on weekdays

I was looking for fast way to get good food and this place was great. Tons of parking with shade, amicable staff and the waiting for the food after ordered was short (~5 min) and the three taco plate was delicious with a good size of meat. I ordered also two kids plates and they look delicious too.

Get the Sopes with campechano or adobada!

Great taco truck. I couldn't order anything else but the carnitas sopes for over two years. Now they serve quesabirra and a birria plate on Fridays and Saturdays only. It's a struggle for me to decide now. Wish this place had a brick and mortar place as they would kill it. Wish they were close to my home!
