So far this place is great. Clean, no nonsense storage with reasonable access hours. Kathy is delightful and showed up quickly to help me get settled in, even when I showed up a couple days later than she expected.

But the stars are for excellent customer service by Kathy Joe at the Federal Way property. She went above and beyond to help me when the rest of the company seems to ignore customer support. Kathy Joe deserves a raise, I'm sure of it.
