Island Real Estate has taken care of our vacation rentals for several years. They consistently have a friendly staff to help us with whatever we need. Our homes are always in great shape and very clean when we come to visit ourselves. Highly recommend them if you own property on the island, or if you are looking to rent, I know you will receive the same level of service and have a great experience during your vacation here!

We have had a great experience having IRE take care of our vacation home here on the island. Having been with another company, I can honestly say, we would not change companies again. Great to work with as an owner and our guests have been pleased with their customer service. Wonderful team!

My family and I enjoyed a last minute getaway in August 2012. The property was well kept and loaded with amenities. In addition the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We rented both units on the property which had an adjourning door and that gave us tons of space for family fun. The kids were able to play games on one side and the grownups enjoyed adult conversation on the other. Of course the best part was the beach which is a very short walk from the property. It was a splendid weekend and we will definitely use Island Real Estate for future vacations to Anna Maria Island!

We stayed at Palm Isle Village 3204 in June 2014 and really enjoyed it. This particular unit was a one bedroom with a bunk room and was absolutely perfect for us. Our two boys, 4 and 9, loved their bunk beds!

Overall we found the unit to be bigger than the pictures showed. Even more important ~ the place was very clean (the baseboard had no dust, I notice these things) and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was also very nice and most of the time it was like having our own pool. The walk to the beach was amazingly short and easy. In fact, if we needed to run back to the unit it was very doable.

The only negative ~ there was only one towel rack in the bathroom, so with four people it was hard finding ways to hang our towels to dry.

Furthermore, our experience with Island Real was great. They were always prompt in answering any questions. We will definitely use them again when planning a trip to AMI!

This was our second time vacationing on Anna Maria Island, this year it was a family get together as well. Island Real Estate was great to work with, we had found a house we felt would work well for 14 of us. The reservation was made with Island Real Estate last May, they made this process real easy and provided all the info we needed and promptly answered any questions or concerns.
Our week was great, the house we rented worked perfectly for our crowd and everything was provided as indicated by Island Real Estate. We had a few minor issues discovered the first weekend there, Island Real Estate Guest Services promptly sent a maintenance person and resolved them.
I would recommend using Island Real Estate.

We have used multiple rental agencies over the years and decided to try Island Real Estate. Never have we had such prompt and courteous service. Had a minor issue with the microwave not working. Briana answered our email within minutes and was at the door in an hour with a new microwave......on a Sunday! Also, our pool was not due for cleaning yet but we had written and asked for it to be earlier and the guy was at our rental within 15 minutes. Great service. Thank you!

My entire family absolutely loved the condo we rented on the beach from
Island Real Estate! Our accommodations were fabulous! The place was newer - maybe only 5-8 years old, clean and well cared for, and very much like home, just like they promised! Our patio faced the ocean over the fenced pool area with a gate leading out to the beach. I would DEFINITELY rent this place again, and loved working with Island Real Estate - such friendly people! You won't be sorry.

Our vacation on Anna Maria Island was the best beach vacation we have ever had! The house was wonderful, especially the private pool and patio in the back! Island Real Estate was very helpful and friendly and made checking in to get our house very easy. We had such a wonderful vacation with Island Real Estate. The service we received was second to none and the standard of the accomodation was excellent - so clean and in such a good state of repair. We wanted for nothing.

What a wonderful family vacation we had on Anna Maria Island. Island Real Estate was very attentive to all our needs. The house we stayed in "Flip Flops Forever" was beyond our expectations and we would certainly stay there again. It was spacious and clean and had all that we needed. The Island itself was so fun. The local restaurants were wonderful, the trolley was so easy to use and the beach was breathtaking. We even saw the dolphins jumping in the morning. I recommend Island Real Estate and "Flip Flops Forever. We will certainly be back to both.

We have used Island Real Estate twice now and have not been disappointed with their service. The staff is friendly and very attentive to our needs. When the light in the kitchen wasn't working, they sent someone out immediately. The accommodations were fabulous! The beaches are family friendly. We will use Island Real Estate again and again!

Wonderful experience in every way. Office staff very friendly. Easy pick up and drop off. They were very accomodating when we left an item behind and they were able to help us retrieve it. The property was clean, beautiful and a true oasis. Thanks so much will definitely use them again in the future. We go to AMI every year!

This was our third visit to Anna Maria Island and our second time using Island Real Estate. The property was absolutely perfect in every way, just as it was described on the website. It was very clean and the grounds were kept beautifully! We had one very minor issue with the wireless internet and with one phone call, our question was answered promptly. Check in and check out was trouble free and very easy. We received a call from Island Real Estate earlier than expected saying that our property was already ready for us! We were very happy with our experiences with Island Real Estate and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My large family rented a home on Anna Maria over the Christmas holiday. This was our first time at Anna Maria. Our home was cleaned and well maintained. We appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Island Real Estate before our arrival and at check-in. They called in a few times to ensure our vacation was going smoothly and that all was well. We were quite impressed! I would highly recommend their company in the future.

I’ve stayed with Island Real Estate several times. They’ve always been professional and great propertys. On my most recent stay on Anna Maria I booked last minute with Anna Maria Vacations because Island Real Estate didn’t have what I needed available at the last minute. Totally regretting my decision. We’ve had nothing but issues with the competition. I can promise I’ll never book with anyone other than Island Real Estate again.

Here’s the issues I’m having with the competition. Do yourself a favor and book with Island Real Estate.
Totally unacceptable customer service. We’re currently staying in Mango Bay. Checked in on Saturday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and we still have no internet and no television. We’ve been calling since Sunday morning in which we were told that Spectrum would be out Tuesday but they were trying to bump it up to be done Monday. AMV had one of their employees stop by at 4:30 on Tuesday and said he wasn’t sure why nobody showed up but his office was on the phone with them and they’d call me as soon as they got off the phone. No call back until Wednesday morning. Now they tell me Spectrum will be there between 5 and 6 but AMV closes at 5 so I’d have to be there. I tried to tell the guy I had dinner reservations with family at 5 but he said his people leave at 5 so he’d reschedule Spectrum for Thursday. How is it my responsibility to cancel my vacation plans for your rental? We’ve had no television and no internet for 5 days. My son is doing online school because of Covid and has missed 2 days now because of it. Their answer is to come use the internet at their office. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation. The drywall ceiling int he garage is falling down. The tile on the stairs is broken and taped with yellow duct tape. The majority of the screens are torn on all of the enclosures. The pool was completely unusable from debris. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We were told when we called Sunday it would be cleaned Monday. They finally showed up Tuesday and cleaned it. The unit is 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Unit was equipped with 4 towels and 1 wash cloth. They finally dropped more off on Tuesday after 3 calls back and forth of them telling us where they are when they really aren’t. Ive stayed with Island Real Estate several times and never had issues like this. They always took care if any issues promptly no matter when the issue occurred. This is ridiculous.

We have dealt with Island Real Estate for many years in renting vacation properties, most recently the last 4 years at the same site. Since we always book for at least 3 weeks, Island Real Estate gives us first right of refusal for the next year. We are so pleased with our property close to the beach, island tram,shopping and a great variety of restaurants that we continue to book with them. Every year our check-in is a quick and friendly process complete with coupons and booklets to assist us with our stay. In the future if our needs change we are sure that their inventory will be able to satisfy our needs.

My experience was excellent. Me and my family (two children, 5 and 10 + wife) stayed in a house close to the beach with a shared pool. The house had every thing that you would expect in a home-away-from-home plus more. Everyone on the island are really friendly and we received great service and a big smile where ever we went. I would highly recommend renting a house from Island Real Estate on AMI.

My family and I have made this our vacation spot for some time now. We only experienced one hiccup in all the time that we stayed. Our rental was not cleaned when we arrived. We were tired after driving 9 hours. Thanks to them for having an answering service. When I called, they sent someone right away to get the place in order for us. It took some time but they had much to do. Thanks to Island Real Estate for such great service. We love Anna Maria Island and wish we could buy a house there. Such a great place to visit and live.

Traveling to Anna Maria again (been there numerous times), this the second time with Island Realty. We liked the place we rented so well we're doing it again. Always found Island Realty highly responsive to whatever was needed. Only negative was we rented a place with a pool and it took several days to warm up enough to be usable. The place we stayed at was top notch and immaculate. Loved it! A short block to the Gulf.

Patience was their virtue. We were in a party of 4 adults and each of us had our own ideas of what we wanted. The gal at Island Real Estate gave suggestions and then left us a lone to talk amongst ourselves. We finally settled on a property on Hardin. It is an older property but decorated nicely in a beach theme. The few issues we had were quickly taken care of by Island RE. It was delightful. Only two blocks to the beach and restaurants. I would most definitely recommend Island Real Estate of Anna Maria to anyone.
