Many red carpet walks for Diane, she is incredibly one of the few of the best! Thank you so very much for your kindness. Thank you John for being you! This is our neighborhood furniture! Had a great experience here with Rosa. We purchased a few things. She was so helpful and sweet. The furniture is great quality. Lots of inventory. Clean and beautiful showroom.
Delivery was on time and quick. They put everything together for me. I highly recommend shopping here. We will return again soon.

Affordable prices for the same items you will find in the pricey store. Staff are helpful and accomodating and they will help you to get what you want.

My grandparents have an account with this badcock on cherry road. I’ve always been accepted for credit even with a poor credit score. They are great people with good customer service. I worked with Rosa and she is very sweet and willing to work with you regarding expanding credit limit if possible and down payments. They have very low monthly payments and good quality furniture as well. I also have my furniture through them as well as electronics.

Diana the manger was extremely welcoming and energetic, made the experience very smooth. The sales gentleman wisely was also very knowledgeable and nice, was not pushy on anything and over all made my time there a breeze. Love this stores energy.

During my recent visit to the above location. I was promptly greeted by the sales staff upon entering the store. They advised that if I had any questions about the furniture, or appliances to please ask as they were there to help me and to also take my time, and make myself at home.
While browsing the showroom floor, I felt no pressure to buy and was later approached by the Branch manager who greeted me with a smile, hand shake, and then asked if she could be of any help.

I have been a customer of Badcock Furniture since 2003. I usually patronize the Lake Park location, but I saw some pieces in this store and gave this location a try. I was not disappointed. The furniture selection is amazing. My delivery was punctual and the setup was flawless. Brandon and the other young man treated our furniture as if it were going in their homes. It was very impressive. Months after delivery, I ran into health issues due to a botched surgery; and this led to subsequent surgeries and treatments which effected my income.
I cannot emphasize enough the way the employees worked with me when I had missed payments. As you can imagine, I was embarrassed because I was falling behind. Everyone was kind and treated me with respect through my hardship. They helped me get back on track and I am forever grateful. I love this company and the individuals at this store. I am a Badcock Furniture customer forever.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years! I have to say, the main thing that attracted me to your store was the friendly management. I think her name is Diane E? Also the other manager, David?? They both have been amazing throughout the years that I've shopped at this store! So caring and friendly! Diane sold me on a warranty for a TV and I thought it was a gimmick at first … low and behold, lightning strikes and a few day's later we have a new TV!!! Badcock is a great place to furnish your home as well as purchase appliance. I have always have had a great experience and I have been purchasing furniture and appliances over the past 15 years. I plan to purchase a bedroom set soon. Love the washer and dryer I just purchased.😄

We really appreciate our love seat, couch and rocker, recliner. Jim C at the cherry road store has been in the business for a very long time so he knows furniture. Very nice experience with Jim and the delivery. The men nice and they were carefull.
