Cotee River Park

My new go to picnic spot! Very clean, quiet place. Great for conversations, relaxing or a lunch date. It has multiple lovely shaded picnic gazebo with metal tables and benches. Gorgeous scenery with lovely homes in the neighborhood. Sometimes it’s just the simple things in life.

Love going down to Cotee river to read my Bible. Really beautiful views of the river. Unfortunately the parking spots overlooking the river have no shade. Still a peaceful place to go.

Really pleasant. Sat by the water watching the boats go by was very relaxing. The weather was great so that was a huge factor.

It’s beautiful here. I’m not sure if any artist or photo could do it justice, seeing the bend in the river and watching the mama ducks with their babies.

Nice quiet place to have a lunch. Not busy at all but, it was hot out that day. Walked around the river a bit. Very relaxing..

Picked up lunch at Tops restaurant and went to the park area and had lunch and watched the boats coming in and going out. Very quiet and relaxing place.

Very nice park along the river. We stopped and had a picnic. Not crowded on Sunday. Peaceful.

Nice walk. Less than a mile. Plenty of places to sit in the shade and watch the water go by.

Great park to sit and enjoy a quiet lunch. There are various picnic tables and a few pavillions along the Cottee River.

Holiday lights look awesome here on the river and at Sims Park.

Small riverfront park. Minimal parking area. Nice spot for a casual walk or fish. Paved trail with benches and some shade coverage. We saw fish, birds, squirrels, dogs and lizards! We continued through the neighborhood which connected to Sims Park for a longer walk.

Went for the boat parade. We are always at the park. Lovely walk along the river.

Took daughter here to fish. Beautiful weather, nice quiet scenery on the water. They have benches and tables that are under gazebos. We saw a school of dolphin this morning. Sims park is nearby for the kids. It's a very nice place to go for a walk.
