Adapt Freshness

Adapt Freshness is so amazing! We enjoyed the original avocado toast, the jalapeño cream cheese, pickled onions, and bean sprouts were the perfect trifecta! I loved my Pitaya smoothie, so refreshing, delicious dragon fruit, pineapple and coconut milk. I’m looking forward to trying more menu items.
Also, they have great prices!

I was passing through NPR and had some time to kill before a meeting across the street. I decided to grab something to hold me over since it was noon and I hadn’t eaten anything . I had a few choices in the area and decided something fresh and easy on the body. Walked into Adapt Freshness and ordered the Protein-n-Greens smoothie. Very fresh, earthy, light, with a hint of sweetness. The lady who prepared it for me was very friendly and nice. The place itself, simple and clean. If I’m ever up here again, the smoothie I’m eyeing is the Sourfruit Smoothie.

I found Adapt Freshness while searching for healthy breakfast takeout near me. I wish I had come here sooner! I ordered the protein-n-greens smoothie. Don’t let the greens intimidate you because it is the best tasting way to get your daily servings in! Prices are reasonable and the servings are generous. I look forward to returning to try other options on the menu. Thank you!

Today was my first time ordering the bone broth from Adapt Freshness. It tasted delicious and is a generous portion for the price. I also ordered an Adapt Joy smoothie (which is also delicious, but is in the break room fridge for later). Everything was made extremely fast and I was even given a drink holder to help with carrying my order back to work since I was walking.

The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Bright colors and decor and awesome music. So glad to have a healthy restaurant nearby!

Tonight Danielle (the owner) went above and beyond! First my family walked in right at closing time and she had everything cleaned up ready to go home for the night. She easily could have told us she was closing and we would have understood but instead she invited us in. The service was great and the food fantastic as always. When we got home my wife realized that she left her phone at the shop. At almost 9pm Danielle opened the door and gave me the phone we had lost. Good food may bring people back but friendly people that go over and beyond for their clients creates loyalty. Support Danielle and this awesome local small business!

Everything is amazing! Don't go to grain and berry for acai bowls just come here and support local they are much better anyway. My other favorites are bone broth and wellness shots. Everything is fresh made in front of you in a nice indoor/outdoor sitting. Local honey and art sold there as well.

Really good healthy food. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly. I love the atmosphere inside. It's so nice having a local place to get fresh juice. My teenager absolutely loves the acai bowls. I highly recommend.

Everytime I've walked in, the owner is usually working there and is very welcoming and kind. She was informative and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had about the menu and about their "Adaptogens" which are herbs that help the body ADAPT to biological and psychological stress and have different benefits. I love their Mediterranean toast, the very berry feta toast, and the original. In their smoothies, I love their acai smoothie the most and I ask to add plant protein and one of their "Adaptogens" of what I need that day. So far haven't been disappointed. They make their food fresh and it's all healthy and delicious! 🌱 And they're eco friendly with the containers of their smoothie bowls. Love the environment inside! Very earthy. Today in particular I got an original toast with sprouts, avocado, jalapeno feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, Himalayan sea salt, and cracked red pepper. & The beverage I got was an acai smoothie with acai, strawberry, blueberry, banana, and almond milk with their "Adaptogens" Mucuna which helps increase dopamine and helps you focus! & Plant protein.(: Can't go wrong here! 100/100

First time here today with my family and it was the best! The gentleman was very nice and the environment was wonderful. I got the classic bowl and it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted! I 100% love to support local business and this is definitely my new go to. He was so thankful for us going there, keep doing what you’re doing I will definitely be spreading the word to all my friends and family!

I went to Adapt freshness for the second time since discovering it less than a week ago, and let me tell you it is amazing! I have tried all 5 of their avocado toast flavors and they are all uniquely delicious. (The original and peanut butter green apple crunch is pictured) Even my 3yo son loved his "fancy toast". You gotta check this place out!

I love the avocado toast and the homemade jalapeño feta! Everything is made fresh to order and such a great variety of fresh-squeezed juices. My daughter loved the popsicles too! Great to have healthy, local options!

Amazing quality! I've had many acai bowls and the bowls Mike and his team create are second to none! You can instantly taste a level of freshness you just don't get from places like Grain and Berry! A great addition to the downtown area!

Amazing products! Always fresh and a healthy meal any time of day. Smoothies and bowls are a great way to combat the Florida heat. Owners are always on site working and are great people! Highly recommend.

Favorite Acai bowls in town! I’ve had Grain & Berry, Clean Juice, Nektar Juice Bar, Lily’s Cafe and More, etc. and these from Adapt Freshness are the best. 😋

Very friendly with smiles to spare. I went with a group and was able to try 4 different items. Each one better than the last. I don't care for Avocado but with an open mind I tried 2 different avocado toast and was amazed how much I truly enjoyed them. The best part is that I left satisfied and guilty free.

Danielle And Mackenzie were the best, very informative, sweet and caring, TALK ABOUT SERVICE WITH A SMILE🤗 The Achia Bowl was just delicious, my brother would eat 1 even though he's diabetic😱 he got the Green Juice and said it was amazing, he also got the Golden Boost Shot; he said that will wake you up. I hope I named the items properly😱 Amazing time with Exceptional People, Service and Products💯👍🏽

Adapt Freshness is 💯 percent times better than any other place I've been. Danielle uses all fresh, fruits and veggies, not commercialized, and definitely full of natural healing smoothies, juices, acai bowls and wellness shots too. It gives bursts of energy naturally with the things given to us from our Earth, definitely my neighborhood go to spot. Thank you Danielle for saving one life at a time😁🥰
