They do a good job a little slow with service BUT don't take that as a bad review point they do the best with the limited staff. The staff they do have is friendly and helpful and the place is kept clean the only thing I didn't like was the overly loud TV in the waiting room playing the new woke Cinderella Musical.over and over and over.

Love our physicians staff and physician. Everyone here is pleasant and friendly. Each trip whether one of my family is sick or just doing a routine check up is a good visit.

Eli Billeter and Billy Deegan are the best doctors I have ever come across! I seriously can not stress enough how amazing they were. Now I know customer service is not a dead art. Thanks Eli and Billy!

Dr. Eli Billeter was amazing!! I was in the hospital a few weeks ago and found out some troubling news. He took my concerns very seriously and was able to make a referral within a few short days!!! Bless you!!!

I use this location for my children and grandchildren. The ladies at the front desk are always so polite and knowledgeable. The staff in the back before the doctor gets to the room are extremely caring. The Doctors always have your best interest in perspective when speaking with you no matter what you might think they are going to do what is best and what is necessary. I was even seen here in order to have my gallbladder removed. They have a sliding scale for you to be able to afford the health care you deserve. It's a must on the list of self care for you and your family.

I had just moved to Florida from Connecticut. Despite my best planning, I had a gap in one of my most important medicines because of insurance reasons and needed a bridge to get me until my insurance kicks in and I can see my psychiatrist. At first they thought they couldn’t help but I decided to establish primary care here anyway and they took the situation seriously and after learning about me they decided to help and bridge my meds. The staff were polite and kind and the facility and bathrooms were super clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend them. For general medical needs for folks who are underinsured or uninsured, they offer sliding scale payment setup and are an affordable option if you’re in between insurance.

I believe one should give credit where credit is due and the excellent staff at the Azalea Pharmacy deserve that credit! When I call in to get a prescription refill I am always greeted by a sincerely pleasant, caring and informative professional. When I go there to pick up my prescription my experience with the staff is warm, friendly and very comfortable, I am always treated with respect and a nice smile. I am very grateful this organization is available to assist people like myself and I will continue to utilize their services as long as possible. Thank you Azalea Pharmacy and the rest of the medical staff as well!

Was able to make a same day appt for my child. Which I was very pleased about. Very thorough exam.The lady who performed the initial hearing test and blood test was very kind and sweet.
Seen by a Nurse Practitioner named Eli. He was Great!! Very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this clinic. We also utilized the pharmacy which was another positive experience. The pharmacist took the time to explain the difference between the new inhaler that insurance would pay for as opposed to the previous inhaler. Again she was very knowledgeable, kind and caring.

My initial intent was to utilize them for the needed school forms. However, after receiving such excellent
care my husband and myself plan to use them. By the way I have been in the medical field for the past 25 years in hospital care and physicians office's.

Great place to go if you don't have insurance, they use a sliding scale for payment and the doctor's are really caring, busy, very busy but caring. They have a low cost pharmacy on site and lab. Highly recommend if you don't have insurance.

This was my first time as a patient, but I was very pleased with how thorough they are. Very nice staff, from check in to the pharmacy, everyone made going to the Dr. a pleasant experience

This is one of the best offices I've been too. I'm usually very cautious about who my doctor's are. Azalea made me feel right at home. The nurses that are in the front office are courteous and work fast. The nurses what check you in at triage are knowledgable and make you feel welcome. The doctor I see is how I would describe as the best. I suggest Azalea Health St. Augustine.

The medical personnel work their butts off here! Always busy. Difficult to book an appointment. Calling in to try and seriously pray you can get one or pray for a cancellation. Always, always busy.
Do wish they would focus on Diabetes and High blood pressure.

I realize it's a clinic but it'd busy for a reason! I greatly appreciate the person I see there.

I always receive excellent service at every visit i have the best physician in DR. Obi and Neisha is just as great if i need my meds refilled she gets it done in a timely manner and the ladies up front are some of my favorites also especially sharde & melissa . I would recommend aza health in st.augustine to anyone that wants a good healthcare home.

Second, the Azalea Pharmacy staff is the most attentive, thorough, caring and responsive group I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The level of customer service provided is Top Shelf stuff, all around.

Through testing I found out that I had a terminal illness. Aza health and Dr Obioma in particular have been wonderful and very supporting. Because of them I am now cured. Going to this doctor's office saved my life. Everyone from the pharmacist to the doctors and nurses' are well informed, empathetic and professional. I would highly recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

Sure the wait can be a bit, but the doctors there are awesome and the lab tech is amazing. It's worth the wait. Go in friendly and grateful for inexpensive doctor visit and you'll leave happy and feeling better. I've been a parient there for 5 years now.

Nancy Boyd and Dr Mike ars the best!

Everyone was helpful and professional. Wait wasn't too long. Staff was friendly. Environment was clean. Nurses were thorough and spent as much time answering questions as needed. Provide a lot of free services that the under insured, or uninsured could not afford otherwise.

Nancy Boyd is incredible. She actually listens to her patients and notices things the majority of physicians fails to bother mention. Example, didn't know one of my ears were scared and I never had tubes. My feet, she commented and asked if my feet had been swelling. These little things are tell-tell things meaning she is aware and cares.

She is respectful, to the point (never rude), pulls no punches, asks questions. I aways learn something new from her every visit. I enjoy her personality as well. I am truly grateful for her helping me guide to be a healthier me.

She is also open to integrative natural medicine. I've had Physicians blow me off about natural medicine, they push the Western medicine for PHARMA. I hope Azalea keeps her, a definite asset to the clinic. We as patients/clients would terribly miss her.
