Ripley's Believe It or Not!

We had a nice experience here. Not as big as I thought it would be but they have interesting things inside. Note that you have to pay for parking $5 per hour and bring lots of quarters if you wanna try the machines inside. Will still recommend to people though.

We did the haunted castle experience at night, it was fun for my group and myself until some random drunk lady interrupted our exploring. We spoke with Chelsea and she was more than happy to redo the experience but since we weren’t going to be here the following night, she offered us a train ride for the day time! She was so sweet and willing to make sure we didn’t leave Augustine with a bad taste in my mouth. She went above and beyond for all three of us and for that I am so grateful. I hope this business is treating her right and we can’t wait to come back for a second time! Thanks again Chelsea and all the employees for listening to our concerns. And thank you to the young girl from the ghost tour who was so knowledgeable and was great.

If you're an older couple who prefers the arts & history, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you're younger or have kids, you'll have a blast! Plenty of neat interesting fun facts to learn, and interactive little exhibits.

It takes about, 90 minutes to investigate the entire thing? More if you really get into it all.

I am very happy to have discovered that Ripleys is completely dog friendly in the building and on their trolley tours. Ludo was welcomed and behaved himself throughout the building. My daughter loves going to Ripleys every time we visit St. Augustine and we didn't want to miss it this time. There is so much to see that you discover something new each time you visit.

We have managed to visit 4 or 5 of these establishments. They do tend to have a lot of the same things, but then they all had different things to go along with the repeat items.

We did Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum & Haunted Castle package & had a good time. The museum had some cool displays & oddities, then we went back for the investigation later. Got some cool EMF readings at the Ruth Pickering bathroom display. Be prepared to walk up & down stairs, but they also have an elevator for wheelchair access to each floor.

Benji was a phenomenal tour guide! We loved our trip it was great and he was super knowledgeable. He showed us all around the city and I would definitely recommend booking the train tour with him. I have been to 2 other locations this one is the best! Shout out to Kim - Benji is awesome!!!

Fun and great things to see. They have some interesting facts and non-facts... You'd have to check it out to understand what that last part means. Overall it was definitely enjoyable. The exit is trippy too. Another inside tip. I do hate they charge you for parking considering you're paying so much to go inside already. I feel like guest should be able to park for free with their tickets

As a kid I grew up watching various iterations of the TV show. I always enjoyed the stories of the oddities found. We were in St Augustine and could not pass up an opportunity to check this place out.

Absolutely wonderful time for date night of course I had to bring my sister but we had a blast from the front desk all the way through to the souvenir shop not one single attitude not one single person on their phone instead of doing their job everybody smiling and she genuinely happy to be there I can't wait to go again you guys are awesome

We took the train tour before the museum. Benji was funny but also knowledgeable about the city's rich and vibrant history. Witticisms were followed up with interesting facts which kept the energy flowing during the space between historic buildings.

The museum itself was everything I have come to expect from a Ripley's. Though smaller than usual, it still packs a punch with it's interesting artifacts. All staff were awesome but the lady attending the front desk and the adorable female cashier (Harry Potter is amazing) in the gift shop were both super friendly.
I recommend you stop by here if you are in the area. If not, schedule a trip.

There are other locations, but this one is my favorite so far. Three levels of interesting and bizarre pictures or fun facts. I was pleasantly surprised on everything they have and how long it took compared to the cost. They also do a haunted tour like a lot of places in St Augustine. I have to back without the kiddos to that. Love St Augustine!!!

I recently visited Ripley's Believe It or Not in St. Augustine and I absolutely loved it! The collection of odd and unusual items is fascinating and provides endless entertainment. It's perfect for a family outing, especially for young kids who find the quirky exhibits delightful. It is a great place to spend a fun-filled hour or two full of surprises and laughter. Highly recommend for a unique and enjoyable experience!

The Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum in St Augustine combines the original concept of other places but it also offers a great trolley that takes you around the entire city.
The trolley staff and drivers are amazing and this is a great opportunity of exploring all city’s attractions without delays or any parking issues. In my opinion is the best way to save time and have a better idea of the history and culture of Sr Augustine.
They offer rides at day and night and depending of the season I would suggest to take the day tram to explore the city and the night to really appreciate the city lights (specially in Christmas season)
Inside the museum as in all Ripleys there are plenty of interesting items and opportunities to have fun! 100% recommended 👍

Super cool to visit. Most Ripley’s are kinda similar, with this being no exception, but it is still very cool. They do offer unique exhibits to though, so it is very cool to visit!

This was pure FUN! my daughter took me today for my 60th Birthday. We had a blast! We're going back when they have the haunted evening passes. Everyone needs to go see and enjoy all the displays, each with detailed information. There's something for everyone there.

Everyone needs to do the tour bus or train for around downtown St Augustine!! Then go see the museum. Love this area so much to see and lots of shops and great food

Being a 15 year Paranormal investigator, I was ready to do the castle ghost hunt. We were told we would have an hour for the investigation. After almost 30 minutes of presentations (Which was amazing) we found out we only had about 30 minutes to investigate. I wasn't very happy. I still gave it 5 stars because our tour guide tried to keep the children quiet and maintain a quiet atmosphere. I can't remember his name but he was awesome. I gave him my YouTube channel card and said thank you to him. We will be looking at doing the full investigations in the future. But that place is the real deal.
