Although pricey, it's an "on/off" trolley that covers alot of ground. We got on and off several times, after making a complete circuit to scope things out. St Augustine is a very cool place with a tremendous history to it. You'd need two days and over 150.00 to go into all the little museums, etc. my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves... For me, the college and the first were my two favorites... 👍👍

We took the hop-on hop-off trolley tour of St. Augustine on October 20, 2023, and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is so much to see in this historic city that it would be impossible to cover everything on foot in a single day.

The highlight of the tour for us was the free distillery and winery tours with sample tastings. We enjoyed sampling nine different wines on the wine tour.

We also appreciated the narrated history of downtown St. Augustine. We started with a full loop of the trolley route, which gave us a good overview of the city. Then, we hopped off at the places that interested us most.

Regrettably, we did not have enough time to visit the St Augustine History museum, which was included in the trolley tour.

I 100% recommend doing one of these tours if it's your first time in St Augustine. Not only does it give you a riding tour of the town, but it has I believe 21/22 hop on/hop off spots based on what attraction you want to visit.

It was educational and fun, and extremely entertaining. My only regret is that we didn't start sooner because we didn't have enough time to do the entire trolley tour with our museum visits.

If you get your tickets from the visitors center, thet offer discounts on a lot of the museum tickets there. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Beautiful town, crazy history.

The old town trolley in St. Augustine is an absolute must-do! 🚋

It takes you on a comprehensive tour of the entire city, allowing you to hop on and off at your leisure to explore multiple historically significant sites in the oldest continuously inhabited colonial city. 🏰💼

The prices are budget-friendly, and our driver added a humorous touch, making the commentary super entertaining. 😄

It's a relaxed and enjoyable experience—I'd give it a solid 10/10 recommendation! 👍

So glad we decided to do this trolley tour! If you buy tickets for the tour there is a beach bus that picks up from hotels on Anastasia Island to take you into St Augustine to hop on the trolley tour there. We did the 2 day ticket and so glad we did there is just so much to see! It was nice not having to worry about driving into the city because it gets crazy and parking can be difficult. You can hop on and off all day long and the trolleys come every 15 mins to about 20 different stops. If you are staying in the area hoping to do the trolley I would check to see if your hotel is one of the pick up stops if you are on Anastasia Island. Also the beach bus tour guide was very informative and such a nice guy his name was Poppy! Also if you have mobility issues you can just ride the trolley tour it's 90 mins long and tells you all the history highly recommend!

Dad and I took the hop on and off trolly tour on 2/10/24. We loved it!! My Dad is 88 and hard of hearing but could hear the trolly driver with ease. The driver/guide went by the name “Davy Jones” and he was a pirate with nine kids!!🤣🤣. He was wonderful and had such great knowledge of the different places in St. Augustine. He also had really interesting stories to go with it and kept all very full trolly engaged and laughing!! I highly recommend this service and not just for older people as the younger ones will get a great history lesson. We had a terrific time in St. Augustine due to this service!! Thank you!

I can't think of a better way to spend a relaxing day learning about the rich history of St. Augustine. We did the one day hop on/hop off tour and found it perfectly adequate. 21 stops but I recommend riding it all the way through the first time (approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.). Plenty of parking spots at their trolley station at 167 San Marco Ave.

The trolley stops at 21 clearly marked locations throughout the city. We found the drivers safe, informative, and funny at times. Covered open air trolleys provide great views. Hop off any time you want and back on another trolley after dining, walking, or doing whatever you want.

We are in our 40's and really enjoyed our experience. We didn't pay to see any of the other extras such as touring the fort, the old jail, the wax museum, or the old store.

We recommend it for those of all ages who want to know who or how the city evolved over time.

We had a wonderful tour of St Augustine with Pepper on her ‘Hot Tamale’ Trolley. There is so much to see on the trolley tour and Pepper made it extra fun and interesting. My knees really appreciated the break from walking. Highly recommend!

A great way to relax and get some interesting historical facts about the city. Our driver was Joe Rock (or something like that) and he was entertaining and knowledgeable. I love being able to hop on and hop off.

We really enjoyed our tour on the Old Trolley. We had several drivers because we got off and on a number of times, but we particularly note our driver Kit Kat, who definitely made it a lot of fun!
There was lots to see, and it was nice that we could get off knowing that another trolley would come along shortly when we were down at any given place. We really enjoyed the St. Augustine Distillery and walking on St. George Street.
Also, for parking, we were able to park our RV in the oversize area for the day for no charge. It was then a short walk to the Trolley Welcome Center.
We added the extra tours for the Old Jail, the Oldeat General Store and the Fountain of Youth. We did all those tours the next day and they were definitely worth it!!

This was my first visit to St. Augustine. Using the trolley gave me a good feel for the city. The tour was fully narrated, and the driver's explained what was coming up and what you could do. It was fun, enjoyable, relaxing, and I feel like I learned so much. I started hopping on and off the trolley, they were running about every 10 or 15 minutes. St Augustine is very walkable, but the trolleys came so often that I saved time and energy. I highly recommend it. Some photos were taken from the trolley or trolley stop.

Our guide was great! We made one full circuit to just listen to everything available and then rode partially around again to hit the stops that we were most interested in exploring.

What a great way to get around. It was worth the money to get on and off at the stops or just to stay on. We really enjoyed being told about the history and what each stop is about. Nicely laid out and easy to get on and off. It had many of the trams running, so the wait wasn't bad. Highly recommend and will definitely return again 👌

The only way to truly be a tourist in St Augustine! Well worth the price. You can get on and off all day and it takes you to all the places that you want to see. Our driver, tour guide, was both knowledgeable and hysterical. He brought history to today and was knowledgeably comical about doing it. I will definitely take this to her again. Not to mention all there is to do at Old Town St Augustine where the main terminal is for the tour. The oldest store, the oldest jail, the museum and the gift shop along with all the grounds around it we're simply a pleasure. Truly a trip back in time.

Fantastic way to visit all the sites and decide what you want spend more time on later. There are a LOT of museums to choose from, this helped us decide where to return to. Highly recommend Old Town Trolley, huge value for the money spent.

This open-air trolley takes you around to 21 locations in downtown St. Augustine. You can hop on and off all day after parking in their free lot. The on-site museum and shop are included.

The trolly is definitely a must do! I would suggest doing it early on in your trip as you learn so much about the city and can better plan your activities afterwards. Tom was our first tour guide and was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about the area and funny as well. He would slow down and give us time to take pictures as we drove by the beautiful architecture and landscapes. We also had a couple of other guides as we hopped on and off the trolly several other times throughout the day, but I can’t remember their names right offhand. But they were also great!
