The grounds are absolutely stunning and provide an excellent opportunity to learn about various native plants. The historic burial ground is a must-visit spot, and I must say that the air feels quite heavy in the old burial hut, which adds to the eerie experience. For history buffs, there are plenty of areas to explore, such as the old huts. The cannon firing hourly, peacocks roaming around, and the chance to feed birds are all fantastic experiences that I highly recommend. The gift shop and outdoor restaurant make for a convenient and enjoyable visit. However, I must say that this place may be more suitable for adults than for kids, as they may become bored quickly.

This was such a cool and historical experience! They had so much to show you about all of Florida's origin story and history. Not only that, but also about how the first people to the area lived. All of the guides at each of their respective locations are more than knowledgeable. Geronimo, the blacksmith, was by far the most informative, entertaining, and jovial of all of the different stops you make along your journey, but every one has different opinions. I stood there and talked with him and found out he's actually a marine biologist, but found a new love of working in the park systems of Florida through this location and took on blacksmithing as an apprentice and just recently became a certified blacksmith himself! Super impressive and admirable. All in all, this is worth a visit to at least once in your life.

Excellent experience!
... and you actually learn something too. Family fun experience. Lots to see. Lots for the kiddos to run around and touch, taste, climb-on. PLUS lots of spots to sit down, rest, enjoy the scenery. There's a few inside shows too. DEFINITELY do all the attractions... my favorite was the 3d globe experience. So freaking cool!

Nicely done, family run small roadside attraction.
Employees were uniformly nice, engaging and informative.
There is basically a circuit to walk of folks demonstrating crafts and skills from Colonial times. As a bonus about a dozen pea fowl wander the grounds.
Ok.
The water seems to work a bit too well, go easy on it....or maybe use the regular cup supplied at the fountain...

My wife and I enjoyed this park greatly. I also believe that for the price and the amount of content this is probably the best bang for your buck of the St. Augustine attractions. We learned about the native tribes, the Spanish settlers, blacksmithing, military tactics, muskets, cannons, etc. We also got to drink from the fountain and while it’s not the best tasting water out there that’s the cost you pay for youth.

Had a wonderful time visiting the Fountain of Youth park. Did not expect to spend so long here, but there was actually quite a bit to see, and lots of pictures to take.

All of the demonstrations (blacksmith, cannon firing, weapons demonstration) were neat and the staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about.

Of course, the water itself - it was... fine? haha. Definitely very minerally, but if you've drank mountain/spring water, it tastes quite familiar.

Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

So much more interesting than I thought it was going to be. The whole place is actually beautiful. Employees do a great job of keeping everyone's interest with fun facts about the place.

This is a great place to visit, talk to people and learn more about the history. The most exciting thing was firing the canon and the gun. The water from the fountail is not so refreshing as I would like but it is filtered and drinkable.

Came here for my Birthday yesterday. It was a cold but beautiful clear skies day. We walked the 17-acre property that borders marshes of the intercoastal. Drank a cup of the "Fountain of Youth" water and enjoyed seeing the abundant flock of beautiful peacocks.

This is a must see attraction when in St Augustine! It entails great history that is well presented and made enjoyable for all ages. The planetarium and world globe shows are really nice.
The grounds are loaded with history from old cannons to Indians that settled there, and is an educational experience for anyone visiting.
.
The kids loved drinking from the fountain of youth and learned a lot about Florida history.

Pretty cool place. They let you drink from the fountain of youth and you can feed the peacocks with peanuts. Gift shop has some pretty cool stuff. Good history.

A mix of interesting archaeology, living history and kitsch. We managed to spend 5 happy hours there because we liked it all. At least a couple of hours interest for normal people! Southern food takeout is great too.

Absolutely beautiful! You could see and hear the canons go off. A beautiful walkway over the water. And a great place for a wedding venue. They have an outdoor area for the ceremony and an indoor area with an attached patio for the reception.

We enjoyed the scenery, and the view from the tower was gorgeous. It was quite windy that day as there was a cold front on its way.
There is barbecue at the entrance of the park, and it smelled wonderful, but we didn't try it.

Very fun experience, Denise (Donna) was the best. I was not expecting the water to taste as good as it it. The peacocks everywhere is very nice and it was fun to feed them. The planetarium and globe exhibits gave a lot of information. We would come again when we visit and I hope Denise is still here.

This legendary place should be a required destination for any American who wants to understand the sense and significance of the unique history of the state of Florida and its founding. It is very easy to get to and worth taking a sip of the healing waters in the spring house. Not to be missed if you're visiting Saint Augustine.

I was expecting this to be a quick in and out activity but there is a ton to see and do here. Good food as well and significantly cheaper than any place in main town.

Last stop before leaving St. Augustine. As always when you visit St Augustine you come away learning something new! Learned how a blacksmith worked when they first came to this land. Learned how the militia fired a rifle & also how they fired canons! Saw the first mission church & don't miss the Discovery Globe. And if course drank water from the Fountain, I feel younger already! Lots to see & learn here for all ages.

What a fun experience! Tour took about an hour to see everything. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fountain itself was a cool experience, as well as the Indian village and replicas. There are beautiful peacocks and squirrels on property that you can feed. If you get hungry, they have a walk up cafe. The cheese curds were so good and the crab cakes are made with fresh crab, which were shockingly delicious. Overall, fun experience and I would recommend it for all ages!
