La Alameda Mexican Restaurant

Went for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised! This place has a ton of options, but mostly your standard Mexican choices. Ordered steak tacos and enchiladas, both of which were very tasty and washed down great with a Mexican Coca Cola!

Service was fast and professional, she brought us out our hot food and offered us free chips and salsa.

Place was pretty empty, but it was a Monday night around 7pm. They had quite a few people coming in and getting carry out though. Plenty of locals grabbing their dinner for sure!

This small family owned restaurant is amazing, the food is delicious. I can’t wait to try breakfast.

Great, authentic Mexican food in the NPR. The Al Pastor Tacos were great, as well as the chips and salsa. Good service and fair prices.

Finally, I found a place that isn't Tex-Mex masquerading as Mexican food.

Prices are reasonable. Food is fresh made. Even the corn tortillas are fresh made.
I will recommend this place to anybody.

Best Mexican restaurant around! This is not a large or fancy restaurant, but the food is the best. The service will not be quick. However, they bring you freshly made chips and homemade salsa as well as a selection of homemade hot sauces. Even the rice and beans, which are usually tasteless or bad at restaurants, were good. Our family had fajitas Alameda (tons of meat), steak tacos, and a tamale (the red sauce is the spiciest). This is definitely our new go to Mexican restaurant!

Good authentic Mexican restaurant had a breakfast burrito eggs bacon potatoes was fantastic highly recommend to anyone who would like a authentic Mexican restaurant friendly fun staff

Great food, excellent service, and nice atmosphere.

The food was amazing. My husband had the steak burrito. Steak was delicious. I had chicken enchiladas. The sauce was perfect. Citrus notes with a slight spicy kick. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend for authentic flavorful food. I have now had the enchilada mole. Spicy and flavorful. Exactly what a mole sauce is. Perfect. Yesterday I had the chili relleno. This dish is served as a daily special item. I am lucky I caught them today. They are consistent with the quality of food.

I've been to alot of local Mexican restaurants. This place by far is the best and freshest food. It's worth the wait to get it done right!!!!:)

This is the first Mexican Restaurant that has consistently good food and is served hot. The Rice, for as many times as we have been here, is alway fresh. Every server has been friendly. I have tried most Mexican restaurants in the area and I would highly recommend La Alameda!

Do yourself a favor and order the pastor tacos. Tried several different plates a d everything was amazing. I'm jealous of the locals that can eat here whenever they want. Great food. Great staff. Great experience

It's our favorite restaurant to eat at I've had the Steak Fajitas every time because they are excellent my lady has been trying other items they to have been excellent!

Waiter checked on us a few times and made sure he did as soon as we sat down! Ordered drinks and tacos to sit and eat while we waited for our to go order. Margarita was very tasty and not watered down! Tacos were seasoned well and green sauce was excellent! Traditional Mexican tacos! Will def be back for more! Very satisfied and a happy belly!

I love the Food here , it is second to none ! there are a lot of places to eat Authentic mexican food but if you are in the area of Pasco County you are going to want to check this place out LA Meda Mexican , Restaurant from the breakfast , to there lunch and dinner you will not leave hungry cooked to order every thing is fresh and Delicious . 😋

Tacos were excellent. Service was prompt and friendly. We will go back again.
