The staff at this branch have been amazing 👏 always friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Additional thanks to Jojo and Vik for helping me this month with getting my account sorted.

After everyone else said they could get our (large) Land and Construction loan done and then failed to perform; I was more than skeptical about trying again with Richard Pichler at Timberland. To our delight, not only did he do what he said he was going to do, he did it FASTER. I can't begin to express how happy we are with the Richard and Timberland Bank in general. From start to finish the process was seamless and easier than we ever thought possible. I would absolutely, recommend Richard to anyone considering a new Mortgage regardless of size or type of loan, he is amazing!

Very good employees and atmosphere in Timberland Bank for at least the first four years or so when having my accounts in the bank. The last five or so have been very difficult. I have thought about going to another bank. It appears that contacting the main office for aid with my accounts has been the best the last 5 years or so. However, I noticed with change of employees there is less response to me,the one who puts the money in the bank for them to use. As an older person I've had difficulty with their younger staff understanding that we as older ones might need a table to sit at to review some questions we have about our account or other. So I don't know where things will go from here. I'm hoping after the covid-19 difficulties they will improve training their employees at their local branches. That would for me be Gig Harbor branch and Auburn branch. I did leave employees at the Auburn branch with a thought a few years ago. I reminded them that they would have no Bank to work at, no counter to stand behind to work , helping the rest of us with our accounts and accepting our money going in their Bank to pay their wages - unless it was us older ones who were already here and made the banks, were the customers and put the money in so they would have a bank to work in. I'm not sure where this bank is going. But I a USA WWII veterans daughter and my dad being Old Norse from Ballard and the Key Peninsula, I'm expecting better quality care of Timberland Bank and all of our monies. Timberland Bank is an investment - it is not someone's retirement.

I went in to open my very first bank account and I have been told pretty good reviews about Timberland Bank as a whole. But upon my arrival to this location I was not greeted at all, just looked at by one grumpy teller, and the same teller was behind her desk and couldn’t pay one bit of attention to anybody coming in waiting for her to get done with what she was doing. And then when she finally looked up to see us waiting she rudely replied that she did not have time and that she would get to me and other people later. There was nobody there for new accounts and the manager seem too busy to help anybody in the building. I won’t be coming back to this bank sadly I will have to find something else with more integrity.
