This Safeway staff was fantastic after having mechanical issues with a car and having to leave it in their lot they were more than fair about being able to leave it there for the day as long as it wasn’t worked on while it was there.

Big thanks to management and staff you guys are fantastic community store and I’ll continue my patronage indefinitely.

If you have to catch at Auburn Station, get there a minutes earlier and go check out the Safeway Deli, or do a bit of shopping before to head out to.
They are open at 5:00 AM, great staff as they have to put up with all the commuters that have a very early start to the day.

The ladies who manage the self check out area, are by far, the best in the industry. They are beyond friendly and personable. Names not be mentioned as they are always working, rain or shine.

Wonderful folks at this store ! Staff is amazing . I had the self checkout withdraw $60 and I forgot it . As I was leaving security called me and handed me my money 💰 . I'm on a fixed income it would have destroyed me. Thanks to the staff at Safeway I'm Still intact . Thank you .😇

I tried all local and non local bakeries. Lol actually willing to pay way to much to get a cake for my daughter delivered because I just couldn’t find anything close to cute enough or anyone willing to do something similar. The young man at the bakery saved me! He went above and beyond searching for a strawberry cake (not in season) he wasn’t able to find one and we came up with an idea. To my surprise when I saw it.. FABULOUS! The bakery went above and beyond for my daughter and she was SO HAPPY! THANK YOU!

I work here lol! It's still my favorite place to shop tho! I always find sales on things I like, their shelves are always stocked, plus the staff are friendly. And it isn't just cuz I work here. They were like that before I started. It's one of the reasons I applied for a job.

Mondays are special 8 pieces of chicken bake or deep fry $5.99 you can't beat this price anywhere,great people serving and experiences learning on savings money every Monday of each week.

Went to get my friend a new phone n after the experience we had at Kent boost decided to go to the one in Auburn! Very friendly service n very helpful! Would recommend trying the place

Unfortunately got rid of most of the food gluten free options like the fresh pasta's all Safeways did.no longer carry Ener-G breads but they have against the grain products on the frozen bread section.

Needs a store remodel customer service was excellent but moral would be better if you did remodel as employees would be proud to work there which makes them proud of the company they work for and that in fact would make them happy besides a great big raise do away with self serve it's an oxymoron and insult to great customer service and it should be your flagship store as it's the closest to corporate warehouse. People at corporate are ignoring the fact this store is wart and should be remodeled.More Security in pm hours.I will not shop where I don't feel safe.

I went in the store to buy a birthday cake. The associate in the bakery department was very helpful she showed me several deep dark chocolate items. I chose a deep dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate icing , and it even had Happy Birthday written on it! Susan, the cashier is such a sweet lady. She is always very helpful, and very friendly. I really enjoy seeing her when I shop at Safeway.

I do shop here for my client. They have a a wide range of groceries.

Went to Fred Meyer down the road and omg Safeway was like walking into heaven in comparison. Deli china food a 1star but the customer service was AMAZING ty ladies for your courtesy in deli dept

Clerks are helpful & go out of their way to help when dealing with a senior who needs it! The check out clerks are also ready to assist whenever & however they can.

I live next to Fred Meyers but I come to this Safeway because the people are always nice and they have everything I am looking for at a better price than Fred Meyers.

My go to place for groceries. Can be busy during the day so I usually go pretty late and the night shift guys are pretty funny! The icky thing I wish is that they made there cinnamon chip muffins with the struessel topping like all the other safeways! They need to do that for sure but besides that great store!

Didn't get harassed by the Aggressive homeless population today So that's a plus I also found some restaurant sauces today that I thought were worthy of sharing

We LOVE going to this Safeway! We actually have a store that's much closer but they're always out of items we usually buy and their customer service isn't great so we decided to drive 5 miles away instead of 2. We've been using the drive up and go service for a few months and love it. There have been a few minor issues here and there but for the most part things are smoother and generally pretty quickly, even in busier days.

Safeway pharmacy is the very best place for me to get Rx filled. Professional, kind, helpful and great staff. I give them a #10 for overall experience.
