The Home Depot

I visited this home depot today and was very pleased by the service. I was helped by an employee James T. He worked in the hardware department and found washers, nuts and bolts of different sizes for me. He even volenteered to make me a key for a property I was listing. I had asked about the do it yourself key machine + he pointed it out but said let me make the key for you. Good service like this is getting hard to find. I thank guys like James T that made my visit easy-like I was in + out. That is my type of shopping. Thanks to the store manager for hiring employees like James T. I will be back..

I wanted to give a big thank you to Doug in the rental department. I had a truck reserved to pick up a couch I bought off of facebook marketplace. Doug had the truck pulled up and ready to go when I arrived. My trip was only supposed to take an hour, but we all know Atlanta traffic. I ended up arriving at 8:10 as Doug was walking to his car, and he came back in to wrap up the rental for me so I didn't have to go to customer service. He went above and beyond for me to ensure I had a great first time experience renting from Home Depot.

recently bought a washer and dryer from this Home Depot,.. great experience picking out the w/d and delivery could not have been better,... i think they were in and out in under 1 hour- thank you Home Depot!!

First time shopping at this location, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and the shelves were well stocked.
There were also a lot of sales associates available to assist you.

Usually hard to find a salesperson to get help, this time I was fortunate and found a helper to discuss the better plumbing arrangement for my project.

A big one, not the biggest I'm told but huge to me. Checked appliances and found a larger selection than expected. Seems popular with customers buying major construction items like pallets of concrete.

Huge store with friendly employees and just about anything you need for your home/garden!

We had to come to Home Depot three times today because of some big purchases we had to make and required multiple trips. Everyone was so helpful but especially Jared. He was so so sweet! He went above and beyond with a smile on his face the entire time.

I walked in to look for a cheap fire pit. I had the aisle and location saved on my phone of the one I wanted so I asked the first employee I saw if he could point me in the right direction. The employee was a young guy named Nick and even though he was helping another customer he quickly and politely told me where to go.

I found the one I was looking for but all they had left was the display model on a semi high shelf. As I walked to find someone to ask if I could buy that one, here came Nick checking on me and making sure I found what I was looking for and helped me take it off the shelf for purchase. Due to his diligence I was in and out of there 10 minutes.

I hope this review makes it to Management so they know what great help he was to me.

The staff here is the best out of every location in the area.

I went to the store to grab some paint really quick and there was only one person behind the counter. He was not only friendly and efficient but was able to multitask multiple customers at the same time. I would definitely return to this store because of employees like Cam!

We love having The Home Depot. So close. My husband is a engineer, He uses electrical and plumbing helping others. And he is a carpenter. We visit the Home Depot almost once a week.

I have been shopping at this homedepot for about a year. Dakota in rentals went above and beyond to help me get the best tools for my backyard storm damage cleanup. He was quick, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go. Thanks for the help with the chipper. #service #thankful
