I have been out of my medication for several of days. I called Richey medical pharmacy and they had what I needed. They was fast, polite, very understanding. I'm glad I chose this pharmacy 😄

Such friendly and welcoming people! They were very fast and efficient filling my prescriptions. I normally go to CVS which can be such a hassle. I think I'll be switching to this pharmacy. Their hours are a little limited but they do offer free delivery! Would definitely recommend.

Love the personal care we get every time we visit. Went with m my 8yo niece once to get my prescription and the owner was so nice to her. He even gifted her a bag of goodies.

Is reliable, efficient and quite honestly a life-saver. I sleep better at night knowing that she will always come through with my parent's medications when needed. She makes the process so much better than any other pharmacy we have ever dealt with since my parents have required memory care.I don’t plan on using anyone else. Finally a pharmacist that didn’t think i was completely crazy explaining to many pharmacists at good ole CVS that i have an identical twin and we both have same doctor, same medicine and they thought I was double picking up meds but the pharmacist/doctor at Richey medical pharmacy found the issue like instantly and actually believed and didn’t cut me off from getting my medicine like the many ones that did at CVS, and I’m grateful for that. Appreciate your understanding and knowledge to help me instead of just say FU like CVS by moog rd :)

Great service and greater follow ups to make sure not to miss the future refills for our sick adopted child. We have moved from big names pharmacies to this family owned pharmacy for a better service.

Amazing customer service. This place really goes above and beyond to help customers!

My mother had a medical problem on Christmas Day and needed a prescription filled. This was the only pharmacy that answered their call and the staff were more than willing to go in and help fill the prescription. When my parents arrived, they also provided a Christmas basket. Absolutely amazing service and the family genuinely cares about customers.

In reference to the one star review from Angie, if read correctly, a pharmacist cannot fill some scripts early, regardless of what a physician supposedly told you. This is an unfair review to the pharmacy because you misunderstood prescription refills.

Reminds me of how a pharmacy was many years ago where service was personal and they cared about patients.
It's true that a locally owned business is often better than a huge chain of stores.

Although it’s a new business the team over there were very professional, I lost my insurance and I was looking for good cash price for my medications ,the pharmacist offer me prices nearly matching what I was paying through the insurance I couldn’t believe it.definitely, I will repeat such experience many time
