MD Now Urgent Care - Palm Beach Gardens

I saw Dr. Mansour today. He was excellent! He was hands on and very attentive! Destiny was so accommodating and understanding and made me feel heard and appreciated! From front to back this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Professional, clean, and wonderfully staffed. I wish there were more stars!

From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff made me feel at ease and recognized I was uncomfortable. They were kind, caring, courteous, and professional. The waiting time was minimal to see the physician who treated my wound quickly. Should I need to go to an urgent care in the future, I would not hesitate to use this clinic again.

Had a head cold after arriving on the red-eye from Vegas (F1)…wanted to enjoy my Thanksgiving week and not contaminate others. Perfect. Call, fill out stuff on-line, take a quick drive, see a PA and then a Doctor….off to CVS….felt way better the next morning. Shout out to Yalily Ank. ✅😎✅

I have visited twice and each time the dr diagnosis was thorough and accurate. The front desk is friendly and helpful and the on-line check prevents waiting for hours if they are busy. Highly recommended.

I injured my shoulder and after several days of no relief, I went for an X-ray. Dr. Mike Love went over the X-rays with me and informed me that I had a sprain and prescribed pain meds & instructions for caring for it at home. From being checked in, the X-rays & meeting with the doctor, everything was a pleasant experience & so much easier than going to the hospital ER.
I will definitely use them again, if needed! Thank you for being such a well run office!

Visiting Florida and had an infected index finger from a cut. Visited MD Now Urgent Care in PGA and was treated quickly, courteously and professionally. Could not say enough in support of the efficient manner the entire experience went. Dr. Love was excellent in treating my issue with experience, knowledge and great care.

Walked-in late on a Tuesday evening and was greeted upon my entrance. Excellent customer service by all staff. Experienced professionalism with staff, physician and Ms. Tia Gibbs. Kudos MD - Palm Beach!

I had the most wonderful experience with this clean , professionally run urgent care I have ever been to. I Highly recommend it ! The doctor was a super cool guy . Diagnosed me quickly. He wrote me a script for my diagnosis. I feel bad that I for got his last name . It’s Sunday morning on 9/10 /23 . I was in and out in no time. Just the way I like it . The girls at the front were incredible !!!! They helped me get through to my insurance company. Unfortunately it’s Sunday and my insurance company wasn’t cooperating. They saw me anyway. Amazing people . The nurse I saw when I went in was super pleasant and professional. The whole experience was really excellent ! Definitely going there again if I ever need to .

Love this facility. Saw Cory the PA today, he was super nice, straight to the point. Even though I didn’t have a fever just yet, he anticipated it and prescribed 600mg Motrin. Guess who has a 103.6 fever now and super thankful he thought ahead. Will only go to this facility.

Excellent customer service. As we arrived we were greeted by Theresa, very cordially and she was able to assist us immediately. Thank you! For having us feel welcome at this urgent care . Our waiting time was only like 15min to 20mins. Highly recommended.

I went in for some stitches and was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time and prompt attention. The nurse was helpful and the manager Jokita and Dr. Jared provided top notch service. I don’t expect much out of urgent care services due to past experiences, but this location with its staff certainly have raised the bar. If I ever need urgent care in the future, this is where I’ll be headed! Thank you!

Miss Washington and Martine treated me so well. They attended my needs and spoke me through my medical problem.
I would say one of the best Dr's I've met in America.
They told me what different procedures I could go through and prescribed me medication.

Great check in experience! Front desk was great. The doctor not so much. I don’t usually go to MD now I always go to compassionate urgent care, because the provider they have takes the time to listen help and give solutions.

Kristelle was very gentle and kind.
All the people there were amazingly nice.

One of the best experiences I've had at MD Now. (And normally I don't leave reviews). We came here because my mom was having upper respiratory issues. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly & helpful staff. They even let my mom know that her visit would be free with Medicare. Justine the nurse was a gem! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and funny and made the overall process better from start to finish! Finally Dr. Ruffa was very helpful and personable and gave my mom the meds she needed to help her get well. If you're looking for a personable and caring staff go to this MD Now location!

Smooth and easy check in! The receptionist, Theresa, seemed really nice and personable. The location is also calmer than the one down the street too, so parking was waaaayyyy easier.

The Staff was very friendly and welcoming it’s started with the front desk coordinator Theresa she was very professional. Next Meme which was the Medical Assistant she made my son feel very relax before seeing the Provider. The Provider Jennifer was nice and loving. They really made my trip to the Urgent care easy. I would definitely recommend this office.

I thought Dr Christianne Washington made a good decision to give the Rx I needed. Now I am cured. She was cautious about what to give me because of past kidney issues. The staff was friendly and professional.

I have been here before & had the worse experience but I'm glad I came back because today was the best experience. From Teresa at the front desk being kind & welcoming to Dr. Eric spending time, being knowledgeable, & talking through solutions with me. It was like the dream team. I'll definitely come back.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful as soon as I entered. Theresa was amazing and fast getting me checked in. My first MDNOW experience, very grateful for the support I received as I was very ill. Lobby very clean and well stocked with hand sanitizer, masks and tissues.
