The staff is always kind and professional when I've dealt with them for 2 years +.
Larry went out of his way to help me with app which is useless, I don't get notified of Rx ready.....troubleshoot everything we could think of....
When Dr eFax my Rx it seems they're always busy and it is 2 hrs wait minimum, but on xmas eve I called on call doc and they had my Rx ready in 30-45mins!! And called to let me know.
THANX FOR EVERYTHING..

The current staff is rude and not helpful. I've been going here as long as they have been there. They were allways The The Best. Since Brian Has retired it has all gone downhill. I went to pick my medications on Monday one was missing the young man said come tomorrow after 3 . No worries. I came back the next day. I went at 6:30 Not ready can you come tomorrow it will take 30 minutes. I said I'll wait 2 hours later after they knew I was waiting They made me wait intentionally. This is the 3rd time. They are not helpful. Intentionally.

UPDATE: 11/2023
RUN.
I am honestly scared. Within hours after placing a call of enquiry to Publix Customer Care regarding delivery dates and shortages and expressing concern, of withdrawl, I received a call on my cell from the head Pharmacist David at this location.
***He demanded I explain "what it was I didn't understand" ****because he had just received an email from his Supervisor.
In addition, he stated he was standing next to the Pharmacy tech I had called to enquire about, and said I was wrong.
This professional in charge of dispensing controlled substances, heavily implied I had done something wrong by asking questions, and both he, and the tech, knew who I was, they were aware of the elevated inquiry, and were still in control.
I have never felt so vulnerable.

While the current staff absolutely belongs in the medical industry, they alone are the glaring exception to Publix Superior Customer Service.

They operate like discount AIs, programed by an angry child. They frequently make personal remarks within earshot of clientele. They are uninformed and downright dangerous when it comes to counseling and drug information.
It is only a matter of time before somebody contacts a lawyer regarding client targeting, lost prescriptions, miscommunication, and outright unprofessionalism while handling controed substances.
The staffs inability to communicate, even among themselves is breathtaking. They can't even keep their unfounded and misleading excuses straight between themselves.
The only thing I've witnessed them excelling at is cya.

Avoid this Publix Pharmacy. Save yourself the hassle of continuing to try and continuing to be told that they cannot get "YOUR" medication because "THEY HAVE LIMITED PATIENT SPACE"/they have too many things they already stock/ and your insurance won't cooperate. When they helpfully offer other Public public location pharmacies regardless of where you live do yourself a favor and take the recommendation. You were going to end up there anyway.

Terrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever seen. This is the third time I’ve had an issue caused by the pharmacy that they immediately tell me to call my insurance company or my dr. Each time it was their mistake. Incredible that they don’t make any effort to help the customer. Stay away from Publix pharmacy. Stay far away.

This is the second time I have had an issue with this pharmacy in a month. The first prescription was called in early morning and I called at 5 pm and it was still not removed from their "que". Needless to say it was 12 hours later that I received my medication and that is only because I called to check since I was not notified.
Today a prescription was e-scribed by my doctor at 1230. I call at 6 pm and told they do not have one of the medications so my prescription won't be filled until tomorrow after 3pm. When I voiced my discontent the pharmacy technician became very rude, she obviously missed the customer service class in her orientation. 🙄Wow! This will be last prescription sent to this pharmacy. I have never had a problem in any other Publix pharmacy, ever!

Reviews concerning the staff here are spot on. Apparently publix corporate is fine with it and that's even more disgusting.
Additional note, if your prescription is sent directly from the doctor, you apparently have to also call and remind them to fill the prescription they received or they just simply will not fill it. For me, the result of that is that since they couldn't be bothered to fill my newest prescription for 3 days after refilling my regular meds, I must now pay for an uber twice a month, every month. And less than a week apart so all out of the same check. So now I get to cut out such "luxuries" as food one week each month to pay for my now doubled commute.
So I guess keeping the staff they have in spite of countless complaints is Publix's not so subtle way of saying they'd rather you spend your money at uber than spend it buying their food. A strange business model to say the least.
