I have been at Uni Bank for Seven year because of my job. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I always enjoy going in and taking care of our company banking. They all remember my name make me feel so comfortable.
Miji is a professional teller. I feel so comfortable when I come to her. She always has her Contagious smile when she takes care of customer.

All of staffs I met are friendly and helpful. compared to bank of America I had held a business account before I switched to uni bank, I feel comfortable to communicate all of bank tellers in Korean.

I recently switched our business account to this bank and it’s been great. I’m not sure what the other reviews were talking about but I haven’t had any issues with English there and on top of that everyone is so friendly and the customer service is great - I highly recommend trying this bank out!

한인사회에서 이러한 은행이 존제를 한다는게 아주 안타깝습니다. 매우 불친절합니다. 한국의 고객서비스가 무엇인지를 보여주네요.
한편으로는 불쌍하다는 생각도 듭니다. 저런생각을 하고 세상을 살아가는 사람들에대한... 시간만 때우면 되겠지라는.. 결국에는 커리어를 바꾸어야 될텐데.. 불쌍하네요
