This review is specifically for the Neiman office in New Port Richey. Great people! The owner Andrea is a very nice lady. The sales agent Kelly gave me the coverages I needed not throw anything and everything in there just for the commission. When I called back to ask questions about my quote, they didn’t keep me waiting to speak to her. Natalie answered my questions and then another time a nice man named Michael. I was never pushed and when I made my decision went to the office and Kelly had me ready to go and insured in 10 min. Then the customer service agent Jenny took the time to help me download my app. Love this place. Want to be adopted by them.

I have never in a long while been more pleased with the customer service I just received from Michael an agent in this office. My problem was in able for resolution but he did everything he could above and beyond to make it happen for me. He mentioned his fabulous manager Andrea so I thought maybe you could mention this fabulous employee Michael. I’d like to take him out to lunch he was just that thorough and sweet and felt strongly on providing the best customer service. My next Geico renewal I’m going through them!

After doing an online quote one of their agents called me to follow up. The agent, Kelly Aviles, was extremely helpful and helped me find additional discounts. Moving to Florida from Colorado the auto insurance rates are much higher so every bit of savings helps. I highly recommend her!

Betsy followed up on a rate quote I made roughly a month ago. She called several times and each time I put off talking about the quote. Finally at the eleventh hour (literally) I called her and she was very gracious with me even though I kept delaying.
She walked me through the quote (which was very reasonable in price) and answered all my questions in a professional and pleasant manner. In about 15 minutes I had a new automobile policy in place. She helped me with the little details and told me exactly what to expect.

Andrea should be your insurance agent. I stopped by her office to solve a problem between my medical insurance and a claim that was paid by medicare.2 yrs ago. Long story short, even though she was not my original agent and wouldn't make any money she went out of the way to help me understand how to solve my problem and who to contact at geico claims department and their direct phone number. When we were finished we discussed cars and I found out just how knowledgeable she is about new cars and older classic cars. Call her if you want a local insurance person who cares.

Jenny Kellarakos was fantastic. She was working with another client when I walked in. And while the other client was on the phone she took care of my needs. Nobody today multitask like Jenny anymore. I was in and out of her office in less then 7 minutes. We need more people like Jenny in the work force.

We received a follow up call from Kelly Aviles at Geico New Port Richey regarding a request we made about motorcycle insurance. The conversation lead to car insurance. Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up switching our motorcycle and car insurance and we even added renters insurance. Not only do we have better insurance we saved a munch of money. Win! We have been sharing this information with all. Thanks Kelly.

I highly recommend this local Geico office, especially the insurance agent, Barbie, with whom I had an amazing experience with! Barbie is very professional, helpful, and very responsive to any questions that I had while creating a new auto insurance policy. She helped me save quite a bit of money on my policy and had it set up in about 15 minutes! If you're looking for auto insurance, go see Barbie!
