Tim Holladay - State Farm Insurance Agent

I met Donna Harris several years back and moved my insurance to her after what had been a negative experience with the lack of customer service at other companies. Throughout our business relationship Donna has always been there with solutions and outstanding service. I recently moved from Florida and, unfortunately, had to move away from Donna being our go-to person. It's been a disappointment having to move back to other, less spectacular, insurance agents. Donna is the best, I strongly recommend her to anyone tired of the not-so-satisfactory, status quo!

I've had State Farm protection for my auto's since I could drive. This agent Tim, has a great group of employees who care about their customers. Insurance costs rarely go down. This office explains all increases and works with individual to keep costs affordable. I appreciate their professionalism!

I have had no prob. with Holladay insur. Car and renters insurance. Wish my car insurance would reflect , fact im a 77 yr old guy , NO ACCIDENTS,NO TICKETS for 10+ yrs , and dont drive more than 3000 miles a year . Ah wishfull thinking 😃

Staff there are SO NICE! They explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Very quick to return calls and very knowledgeable. Love them!
