Publix Super Market at Southgate Shopping Center

The deli here is the benchmark for all regional Publixii. Best deli, best sandwiches. Highest standards.

I love this Publix. Everyone is always so helpful and pleasant. Produce is always on point and store is always clean.

And I swear, I need to be in your mail list when the ketchup goes BOGO. My son goes through a bottle of it a week with his chicken nuggets habit.

Have shopped there for 35 years. Have always been pleased with them. In my opinion they have the best meat and produce. Love their deli and subs. Great salads and wings. Can't say enough good about "my" Publix!

Always a pleasant experience. This is the only store that I can find lime fruit juice bars. My second youngest grandson has recently acquired a taste for them. Having a pharmacy, deli, and bakery is a plus, too.

Good location. The staff is in a good mood (as to be expected of Publix’s policies and training) the parking lot is clean in front of the store however the traffic in this location is always rough.
The store is clean and the selection is on par with every other location in this area. The overall experience when coming here is good

They have the best bread. It is made with flour shipped from Italy.. I forget the name.. my bad ask the bakery chefs. It's the Best Bread 🤤

I’ve lived in the Gulf Harbors neighborhood for seventeen years and shop here a lot. Working as a Chef in Odessa, I have a few choices to find a convenient Publix.
Without any criticism to any other location, I honestly would like to point out the staff at the Southgate store. After all this time and in a world where staff come and go, all the familiar faces I see every time I go is a pleasure!
I highly recommend this particular Publix!!

Publix is a great place to shop for there multiple bogo deals and Publix brand foods are second to none. Also there deli subs are amazing and it doesn't matter if you spring for the boars head meat or Publix brand both are a great choice at a great price.

Very conveniently located off of 19 S. at the parking lot is crowded with smaller spaces, Inside Publix is clean and the sandwiches are good especially the Buc’s sandwich,
Update 11/13/1023 today I walked in to the Deli and Bakery section, I stepped on a single piece of broccoli before I could find someone to point this out to, a supervisor picked it up. Next the deli section had water on the floor, a leaking fridge and another section supervisor came to clean it and I mean was on his hands and knees! Third the sandwich and deli section was short staff and the supervisor she was back and forth between both sections and communicating with customers and apologizing for any inconvenience it caused!

Remodeled with increased offerings of a salad and soup bar. Numerous prepared meal items to pick up and go. Self checkout area added. This is the first Publix in New Port Richey at Southgate.

Very disappointed in them running out sales items. Pharmacy at times rude and take days to fill prescriptions.

It's a very clean well stocked store my only complaint is their produce is high.

I enjoyed going to Publix at the South Gate shopping center because the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an awesome Sushi area. The lady that works there will make whatever you need me that you don't see in the case.

Has more items than the Sunray Publix, and the morning fresh bread is soft and yummy!
