I worked with Bonnie to sell my mother's home. I lived in another state--and the circumstances under which I was selling her home were very difficult--and she made every accommodation to make it as easy as possible. She really pushed to get the very best, fair price for the home, advised me around what made sense to do to improve the value of the home and steered me away from investing in things that would not yield a better price, and coordinated things locally when I could not be onsite (which was often!) Even more importantly, she did it all with kindness, patience, and compassion. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

This is the 3rd time I've had homes listed with Bonnie. She will always be there to handle your questions and issues. I was particularly impressed with the care she took in the Covid environment to keep us safe, insisting that folks wear masks and wiping off surfaces for us. She makes the effort to familiarize herself with the assets of your home and highlights them. She knows the competition and how to market both for the local market and out-of-staters. She will give you an honest opinion and then meet and exceed your expectations. I would heartily endorse her.
