I had the pleasure of having my boat repaired by this company. Not only did they exceeded my expectations, but they handled my problems quickly and very cost efficient. Mike Dolan the owner made sure that I was aware of every step and part that was replaced on my watercraft. I will Never go to another boat mechanic again. All source marine will forever be my families, boat mechanic you can’t ask for better knowledge and service.

Mike has been servicing our boat for several years. The turn around time is always quick and he has some of the best prices in St Augustine! Great guy overall!

I recently had Mike do an in-depth mechanical evaluation of a boat that I was in the final stage of purchasing. I found him to be very knowledgeable and completely forthright and honest in his evaluation. He even met us at the boat ramp on his day off when we needed some assistance.
I live in Jacksonville and based on my initial experience with All Source Marine I will gladly drive to St. Augustine when I need service.

While in St.Augustine on the first day of our family vacation my boats trailer seemed to have brake issues and I didn’t want to break down while I was away from my home. I put the boat at a slip I had already rented for the week and I contacted All Source and told them my situation. In less than an hour I took the trailer to All Source for an inspection and service. It was the week before the Memorial Day Holiday weekend and the shop was very busy. They took time to inspect the trailer and it needed several repairs. I left it with them and 2- days later it was good to go! The service was fast and the owner was extremely friendly and courteous, the price was also very reasonable! We are back at home and the trailer worked great on the trip. I highly recommend this business !

Took our newly acquired 97 Sea Doo Speedster to All Source for a general going over and some jet pump .repairs. Boat was in and out in four business days. Tech took time to go through the repairs with me and gave some good maintenance advice.

Note that this is a busy shop with two (hard) working techs. There’s no front office or receptionist. The low overhead is reflected in their pricing, which is very fair. I’d asked for them to check parts I thought might be bad and they determined they were fine and saved me some money, so it’s an honest shop too.

Bear in mind the owner has to stop fixing boats to take and return calls. It’s best not to expect a ton of communication beyond the shop’s timetable.

Overall very happy with the quality of your the workmanship, speed, honesty and thoroughness of the inspection, estimate and repairs. You can safely disregard the 3 Star rating. Its a good, competent, honest shop.

Mike just totally saved the day. I had a broken steering cable and needed to fix it fast in order to complete the sale of my boat. He’s a very nice guy, and even loaned me some tools to get the boat ready. I was able to fix it in time thanks to mikes help and generosity. It’s been nice to watch his busy grow over the years.
He is also excellent at fiberglass work. He completely rebuilt the transom on my 1968 Boston whaler and did a great job painting it with non skid. Highly recommend!

I used All Source Marine to purchase a boat from a private sale. I am from Canada. Mike did my visual inspection for me and gave me a report. I put my faith in him and purchased the boat without even seeing it. He picked it up on my behalf and he performed the needed repairs on the trailer for me. When I got down there there was a 1 day delay on parts, He worked all day the next day into the late night to get it done so I could leave the next morning to return to Ontario. And I made it all the without a single issue. I highly recommend Mike 's shop

Dropped off my two 2018 Sea-Doo PWCs (GTI 130 & GTX 155) for their end of season service and to look into an issue with them running rough that popped up the last time they were on the water; I thought I got some bad gas and was worried about an expensive rebuild, but Greg, being the experienced professional knew right away that it was the plugs and rather than charge me for a rebuild, started with the $5 plugs, which did the trick and then completed my end of season service. I picked them up and ran them for a couple hours on the St Johns, and they ran like brand new.

If I had one complaint, its that I was hoping he'd have them for at least a couple weeks to give me time to clean out my garage, but he finished and had them back to me in just a couple days...lol. Mike & Greg at All Source Marine & Rec are the best, and I'll recommend them to everyone.

Mike wired the stereo in my boyfriend’s boat and completed an oil change for us. He was super helpful and he is reasonably priced. I believe we’ve found our new boat mechanic!
