Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center

Stayed here the last two nights with my dog MAK. The staff were so nice and accommodating, the bartender at the lounge they have was so sweet when I'd come both nights to get food and chicken nuggets for my MAK. Felt safe knowing there was security clearly walking around making sure everything on the grounds are protected. The rooms are very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. MAK and I will definitely be back.

They were courteous, and the room was nice and clean. The only downer was how close the building is to the highway. But if u need a place in a hurry, go there. It is also pet friendly.

Enjoyed those hotel. Rooms were nice. Only thing was that our tub was poorly patched up. It felt like you could go through the floor at any moment because of how badly the tub was patched. And the shower head wasn't tightend so water was getting everywhere. Luckily my Fiance tightend it. They also have a restaurant called Trios. That was pretty good.

Great Experience !! Everytime I come the staff is extremely attentive. Between the clean rooms , great vibes and delicious food you can't go wrong!! Prices are amazing as well!

Although my room was clean, I noticed some little critters near toilet area. Ms.Leslie, from housekeeping, was prompty on her way to my room after Ms.Kandie from the front desk answered my initial call about this issue. Both staff members were kind and courteous, and very effective and efficient at solving the problem. Thank you ladies for making me a priority!! Your strong customer service skills and kindness DO NOT go unnoticed & I am thankful for you! Quality Inns DEFINITELY need to know how beneficial and highly effective your style of service is at customer retention! Thank you again Ms. LESLIE & Ms. KANDIE!🤩

Friendly, clean and very personable. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
They have on-site security. The view of the inner court is good. We got the king pool side room as suggested by another review and we're very happy with it.

I attended a retirement party in a conference room, which was great. Restrooms outside down the hall were clean. I would consider using them.

Best beds and pillows in any hotel we have been in. Breakfast is fantastic and cheaper than any place in NPR!

Clean rooms, good food and good location although on weekends it gets loud. Right now I hear dogs barking and kids running around yelling and it's 9 pm.

The hotel has had some fantastic upgrades over the years. The last I was there was 2017 and it was very nice in my opinion. It’s much more luxurious especially if you get a king poolside room. Beautiful view both and dusk and it the morning! They have a hot tub type area as well as a large pool. Rooms have of course cable tv, a clock radio, mini keirug type of one cup coffee or tea machine, a decent size mini fridge with freezer. There is a safe available in room. They have a restaurant/bar in the lobby with a beautiful view and comfortable couches (lobby not bar lol). Back to the room, you have a thermostat you use on the wall not the old a/c under the window. A desk with a very comfortable office chair and lovely furniture. It is Pasco county so we (those who are from here) have our share of dealers/addicts like anywhere but this is a safer less expensive place than most in the area. Beautiful hotel!

They have no love for you even if you been staying with them for a week raise the price of the room on u and don’t care

Listen just like that reply was super rude that’s how you and your staff acted towards me and plus you were acting like you were going to be all full and I rolled by that night and there were the same people probably even less then when I was there the previous days and it was the holidays and showing me that most of the time I paid 65 to 85 a day and then you tried to to charge me 185 dollars dollars for one day plus never got my deposit back and you charged me a deposit every day that’s just ridiculous dang shame because it used to be a chain of hotels that I would stay in no matter where I was but now I’ll be staying with somebody else that actually appreciate my business period

Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonably priced -- and SO great that we were able to park right outside our room!

We love this place sometimes. We get a room here just for the comfort. The pool in the hot tub, although the hot tub wasn't working this time. But they're already working on getting it. Fiwe actually spent our first night and our first date in this motel. So we love it here. Thanks guys, for all the memories.

The staff was amazing...the security guard Mr Robert.. Top Notch. I'll stay here again .. much thanks for an amazing weekend.

this was a very nice stay. the room was clean, smelled nice, and had no obvious issues. the employees were very kind and hospitable.
no free breakfast, but they do have coffee.
overall, great hotel for the price

Helpful hint do not pay deposit with Cash App i am still waiting almost 2 months after the refund was issued from the hotel

We really loved this place. It was clean, the AC worked fine, shower stayed hot as long as you needed to. The hot tub was huge, with powerful jets (definitely made use of that after the 10 hour drive!). The pool is really nice as well. The only thing I would change is maybe adding a key code system to the pool area, since during the day it was obvious that people who were not hotel guests were using the pool (driving up already in suits then leaving soon as they were done).

Wonderful place to be. All the people that keep the place clean and running were very nice. The only complaint I have is on the 3rd shift lady that works the front. She is rude and left me standing outside in the cold taking care of everything else 1st while I was standing in the co She was so rude and cared nothing about what any guest needed. She would almost be enough for me to stay somewhere else. I think about it and the conclusion I come to is? Why let 1 person take business out of a corporations hands when everyone else was so good . The lady in the bar made up for it and made a great drink! 46 years of experience can’t be topped! I give this place a 100 just because they are that good!
