The Social NPR

First time here and won’t be the last. We’re (Florida Natives) but new to the area. We decided on The Social for dinner and drinks. Everything was awesome, fresh and tasty. We sat in the upstairs patio area which made the vibe that much more refreshing. The service was a little slow to start but it appeared it was partly to a shift transition. We will definitely come back.

A nice place for all American comfort food. Apparently they're fried food is absolutely on point. I had the fried Mac and cheese which was light, crispy, cheesy. The meatloaf sliders were basically tender thick burgers but they absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend. I went in the afternoon, can't say anything about it as a music venue, as they have a stage. Highly recommended.

A guy took a pic of my friend & I at the bar and we didn’t notice. The bartender Sami, came over to us and asked if we knew him and let us know. The bar was packed and she was still vigilant on creepy behavior. I’d go back when she’s working knowing she can spot things like that! It made us feel so safe. The buffalo chicken Mac was also outstanding !!!! Live music was also great. Older chill crowd!

So this seems to be the local spot. If was very busy. There was a live band. I was impressed by their bourbon selection. They had some high end selections. Their cocktail menu is very fun. Try the pecan old fashioned. It has such a great maple flavor. As for the food, there was a couple issues, but they were quick to fix it. The Tuscany chicken Flatbread was a crowd favorite. The sweet potato fries were very fresh. The vibe is super cool. I love the upstairs and the game on the projector was amazing!!!

The Social NPR continues to impress with the outstanding service and delicious menu. During a recent visit with friends, the staff's kindness in assisting us with a stroller showcased their exceptional hospitality. For Vegetarian options: all of their burgers can be made vegetarian. I had the Goudzilla Burger and it was delicious & tasty, I'd love to see more veggie patty options besides the Beyond Meat (maybe portobello mushroom burger?).

The Mimosa Salad and Avalon Salad were refreshing and filling, though a side of crispy baguette slices would be a nice addition. Don't miss out on the sweet potato fries—they're a must-order! For drinks, the Tropical Lychee cocktail is a refreshing choice. Overall, Social NPR remains a favorite spot, and I can't wait to return for more culinary delights! Highly recommend 10/10 especially upstairs on the rooftop bar!

Nice little spot to hang out with family and friends. They also have rooftop seating. The service was great, the food was good. I'm not a big fan of pork, but my husband ordered pork and nachos for our appetizer, and omg, it was amazing.

Smelled the food while delivering for door dash. HAD to come back, and order the dish I kept smelling on the delivery. The downtown pasta did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing. Blue cheese burger and kettle chips were also delicious.

I've wanting to dine at The Social NPR since they opened. Finally got the chance, and it did not disappoint! I had the Korean BBQ tacos and the pineapple fizz. Both were amazing!

Out of state….looking forward to our next trip in!! We absolutely love the food, drinks specials are great but I fell in love with their BOURBON Whiskey Bar…the choices are amazing if you are a bourbon lover!! I don’t want to say my favorite so you don’t drink it all on me but they have very good varieties!
The level of entertainment you want depends on What day of the week you go! Every time we go it’s a blast! The management and staff are outstanding!! They are all fun great people! I have no complaints……..can’t wait to be there in less than a month….get ready NPR!!! 😁🥃🥰💕

We REALLY liked this place. Party of 4, and every meal was excellent! Our waitress was awesome as well. We had the buffalo cauliflower and the firecracker shrimp for appetizers, then for entrees we had the bacon jam meatloaf (omg incredible), mahi tacos, grouper tacos and a sirloin steak. Additionally, their smoked pecan old fashioned was incredible! Kudos to everyone at this establishment!

Took the family to dinner on a Saturday Night... Megan was our server & she was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious! And...EVERYTHING came out quickly!!!! I"m just not sure what was better, the food or the service. We'll definitely be returning here!

We met some friends here for dinner, and it was much better than our first experience. The burgers were cooked perfect and our daughter's grilled cheese was toasted like it should be. Our server was very nice and did a good job especially because she was obviously stacked with a lot of tables.

A friend recommended this place due to the atmosphere and it did not disappoint. The rooftop has a great view, plenty of TVs and channels, great music and the bar staff is super friendly. The first time I visited was on the weekend and it was very busy on the rooftop but the bartenders were on top of things to my surprise. The two young men behind the bar (with the long hair I believe their names were Eric and Troy) were awesome! They kept the laughs coming and never had us waiting on drinks. I will say the hosts are not the friendliest, they were chatting amongst themselves and we had to wait to be greeted. (They don’t offer the warm welcoming smile you’d expect) but if you can get past them the rest of the place is great. The food was good and drinks were great, they have a really big selection and each time I visit it is consistent. All in all, a great place to visit. 5 stars from me! I recommend checking it out.

The Social in Downtown NPR is by far my favorite restaurant/bar in the area! I frequent this place often and I highly recommend it! They have live music, trivia and the food and drinks are absolutely incredible! I love the wings, the bacon blue salad, their flat breads, burgers, buffalo cauliflower and the soft pretzels are literally perfect! I'm a regular here and I have never had a single complaint for anything.

As for a drink, my go-to is always the Smoke Pecan Old Fashioned! I have yet to find another bar that makes this drink. The bartenders also make great lemon drop shots and Green tea shots!

The atmosphere is like no other, both upstairs and downstairs! The employees are always very welcoming, kind, hard working and very accommodating for every guest. If you haven't tried this place yet then you're missing out and I highly recommend y'all stop in sometime!

Amazing Fresh food and great service!! This was our first time here and we couldn’t be happier!
We got FRESH breaded chicken tenders and a Bacon Jam Burger. Both were at least 9/10
House kettle chips were also fantastic

It was such a pleasant experience sitting on the roof dining overlooking New Port Richey downtown. Hunter, our waiter was very personable and helpful in explaining some of our choices. The quality of our food was excellent. There was much more than I expected. We were there around 3:30 pm and there were still a couple roof top tables. We are certainly planning to go again. FANTASTIC!!!!

The food is fantastic. This was my second visit and I brought my teens who loved the food too. We got a bunch of appetizers to share including the fried cheese, pretzels, buffalo cauliflower and fried green caprese. Everything was fresh and delicious. It all came out really quickly too.

I got the Main Street veggie flatbread which was loaded with toppings. The flavor was great and the toppings were fresh. My kids got the goudzilla burger and the buffalo chicken tacos with a side of truffle fries and they enjoyed their food as well.

We got seated quickly when we came in even though it was busy. Our server was Jonathan R. He was busy and he was still very attentive and as soon as one of our drinks was almost done, he came and brought us another without us asking. We didn’t have to wait around for anything which was nice. Service was great and friendly.

The rooftop is amazing. Great views, great food. Amazing atmosphere

The rooftop has such a nice view. The service was excellent, our waiter came to our table multiple times to check an make sure we were taken care of. The food was great and the seasoning was delicious. Unfortunately, the alcoholic mixed drinks tasted a little watered down and full of syrups…they were still tasty but they seemed more like mocktails with a splash of alcohol. Bring a hat and sunglasses because they will not use their table umbrellas when there is any wind blowing on the rooftop.

Came here for Trivia. The food was pretty good but the trivia guy was amazing!!
