Kaya Sushi & Ramen

Just had the most delicious lunch at Kaya! We ordered the Kaya Signature Ramen and the Tan Tan Men Ramen combos, one with karage and the other with chasu buns. Everything was so delicately prepared and perfectly seasoned. The chasu buns were a perfect little combo size, the meat was flavorful and there was just enough sauce and cucumbers to complement it. The karage was fried to perfection! Then there was the ramen: wow! Definitely my favorite in the area and as good as the best in the SF Bay Area. The pork belly, ground pork and noodles in the Kaya Signature were absolutely delicious in the tasty broth along with the soft boiled egg.

But my favorite part of the meal was the most delightful lychee boba tea. The flavor was perfect!! Service was also top notch. Excited to try my sushi I ordered to go later.

I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on this menu!

Wow!! It's a real hidden gem in Roswell. The best ramen and sushi we have had in a long time. The place is so cozy. The service is outstanding! Everything here is great. We ordered the Gyosas, Rainbow roll, no way home roll and the signature ramen. The place was full but the food came out very fast.

First time trying Kaya and everything was 👌🏼 Ramen bowls were delicious! Sushi was fresh and pork bun and shrimp tempura were excellent! Service was great too! It’s a small place but has a super cute aesthetic!!

This was top tier! I THOUGHT I had found a great ramen spot, but this blew that thought right out of the water.
When I tell you my BBQ Eel melted in my mouth I'm telling you it was like butter 🤤.
I chose the Naruto ramen for the spice and it was on point. Opened up my sinuses iykyk.

Excellent service, delightful atmosphere and delicious food. What more could you ask for. Oh and 100% health department score! I will defiantly be back to try my way around the menu. Worth every penny.

Kaya Sushi is the absolute best! Simply put - the food and service were excellent.

They made our party of 5 feel welcome and they anticipated our every need.

My son (who lived in Hawaii for a few years) said the yellow fin tuna was the best he's had.

There was a good selection of Japanese beer & sake, and everything we tried was impeccable in presentation and taste. But it was the folks working there that made the evening really special. Well done ladies!

Amazing food and super nice people! I can’t wait to bring my family back. If you love great sushi and ramen you have got to try Kaya.

This place is a Family favorite. Every time friends come from out of town we always take them there. The staff is always so happy and fun. The food tastes great. I got sushi and everyone else got Ramen. We celebrated a late birthday as well and got some strawberry sake which tasted great. The staff surprised me with a happy birthday song and I got cake which I think was green tea cheesecake. It tasted fabulous! I love how the place is decorated. There is art and lots to look at when you go to the bathroom. They also sell T-shirts. If you are a fan of anime art and things of that nature you would like the decor.

Our first time visiting Kaya. The service was very friendly. The food came out fast and was delicious. My 17 year old son had the Kaya Signature Ramen and loved it. My wife and I shared the Atlanta United roll, the Firecracker Roll, and a Rainbow Roll. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

We'll definitely be back.

Seriously the best sushi. The rolls were perfectly balanced and used a variety of sauces to make them stand out. The special rolls are on the pricier side but worth it. Service was very friendly and prompt. The interior is cool. We’ll be back soon!

Been wanting to try this spot out and boy, it did not disappoint. Ordered a few small bites to start for sharing: takoyaki, chicken wing, and spicy tuna roll. Ordered the Naruto Ramen and Beef Yaki Udon (spicy) and everything was delicious and fresh out the kitchen. Customer service was personable and friendly, will be coming back whenever we’re in the area!

Love this place. Today I was in and out for a quick bite. I love the jalapeno poppers since they are low carb/keto option.

Local Roswell Gem For Ramen and Sushi-
Only tried the ramen, but excellent savory flavors. This place is hidden in the corner of tiny businesses near a small post office. The decorating motif is unique. I noticed mostly families with school age children visiting. My daughter enjoyed enough to bring me there while in that area. I suspect that locals and their kids love it during the week. I’m not sure what type of guests come on the weekend-I suspect young adults and their friends, like my daughter. I’ll return again when I’m in Roswell and craving ramen. My daughter enjoyed her Pok Pok ramen with the fried chicken nuggets. I enjoyed my classic ramen.

We have been to Kaya 3 times to dine in, and 1 time for takeout. Every time has been awesome. The employees are very nice and the location is so unique and cute inside!
Our family loves ramen and this is our favorite place. I get the Classic Tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg and extra black garlic oil. My husband gets the Kaya Signature or Naruto ramen. We recommend ordering the chili bomb sauce if you like spicy. They serve it on the side. It tastes like it was made with habanero or scotch bonnet peppers, so it's very flavorful. I also love that the eggs at Kaya are perfectly soft boiled and a little runny.
The sushi is good, but I wish there were more options without deep frying.
I also recommend the appetizers, which have always been good as well! We have tried the lollipop shrimp, takoyaki, chashu bun, and chicken karaage. The shrimp are a good size and always cooked perfectly.
I have found myself often wanting the comfort food at Kaya with some hot green tea (now that the weather is getting colder!)

This place is great! My family and I love this place, we’re regular costumers. Food is always great, specially the Naruto ramen, which is our favorite, not forgetting the California roll, nigiri and fried ice cream.

We have went multiple times dine in and delivery. Everytime we are pleased with the quality of the food. We love the sushi, egg rolls, and especially the jalapeno poppers! They are amazing and highly recommend. The beef curry is our go to. Plenty of food with good portions for the price. Everything we have ordered has been great. We will be back!

Out of this world delicious! Prices are a little on the high end, but totally worth it. 🤤 Kaya roll was soooo good (I added cream cheese to mine.) And the tangerine sake is a great little treat!
