I was coming in to pickup shoes & had a great experience. There were 2 employees & 1 other customer that walked in before me. Both employees were very attentive. The young man that helped me also suggested a shirt to match (great upsell). I’ll definitely shop here more.

Can't say enough positive about Devonte or Demonte the manager. He was very helpful with my granddaughters' shoes purchased. He reminded us if getting for school next year need to go up a size. He was patient with them deciding what they wanted and kind to the adults too. Shoes had to be ordered; we got them in two day. It takes a lot to impress me in retail, since I feel that I'm paying for items and service, but Hibetts and Demonte were great for us. Nike old school '77 style high tops in case you wondered what they finally decided. Win!

Walked in. Approached by lovely sales clerk/person they got what I was looking for immediately. In and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I was looking for.

Has better sales that are diff from warner robin locations. Has more stock shoe variety. Has brtter workers whom are actually interested in helping. They dont follow and harass you. They always offer to find or help find something if they don't have it. Place is smaller but has better layput and display and choices. Would love to see them add on to that space

Kameron and Pate were very helpful when I was trying to get my son shoes he won a raffle for. He is a college student that lives two hours away. To save him a trip these two did everything to help me after proof. Thank you guys cause he really is a deserving kid.

Spent all day looking around town for a pair of soccer cleats. I wish I would have just started at Hibbert's in the first place. I was greeted kindly as I walked in, and promptly helped by Brandon the sales associate. It may have been a few bucks more but I will GLADLY spend it to get some great customer service. Thanks, and I'll know where to start next time. A+

I was greeted immediately and the guy was ready to help. He was very knowledgeable of the shoes and checked other locations for the cleats I was looking for.
