Kai med spa is like heaven on earth. My tan looked amazing on spring break . My laser hair removal was the best in the city . I would recommend Kai to everyone in Atlanta and beyond .

I have FOUND my forever massage place! I had requested a 2hr deep massage as it wasn’t on their online menu and was soooo happy they could accommodate me.

I sew professionally and travel a lot for work so I was soooo looking forward of my sore and stress points massaged out. I forget the women who worked on me, but she was fabulous and the owner of this establishment 💖

I also LOVE that the beds are heated and your offered a robe and flip flops when you need a restroom break. I appreciated that detail because at other places I would have to put my clothing back on.

Kai is my "go to" place for all my facial needs! From skin care products, to makeup to facial treatments, I am always pleased with each of Kai's team members and their knowledge, professionalism and genuine care and kindness to their customers. Recently, I had microneedling done by Grace. She was amazing. And the results were so rewarding. If you are looking for a wonderful Med Spa, look no further! You won't be disappointed.

I've made Kai my "go to" for just about everything from laser hair removal, massages and now injections. I cannot say enough good things about the services I've received and how the staff accommodated my schedule around traffic. I was so nervous about getting the Kybella treatment in my chin, but Grace checked in on me throughout the process and I am so happy with my results!! Love Kai!

Teresa at Kai is amazing! She recommended a wonderful skincare system for me that removed most of my dark spots. She also did a great chemical peel that removed the remaining dark spots, and left my skin looking 20 years younger. She cares about her clients and checks in with them often about their skincare needs. You will not be disappointed with Teresa!

Where do I begin...From the minute you walk in the door, the staff at Kai make you feel like a VIP. Grace, Claudia, Theresa and Brooke are always warm, inviting and greet you with a smile. Claudia is always so helpful and patient when trying to accomodate my hectic schedule.

Both my daughter and I have received facials that were AMAZING! My teenage daughter was suffering from terrible breakouts and Brooke and Theresa have worked magic with their facials. Her skin is clear and beautiful!

When I was considering laser treatment for broken blood vessels on my face, Grace was so calming and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Any anxiety or apprehension I once had, no longer exists and I have been extremely happy with the results!

I love the personal service at Kai. Grace, the managing director, is incredibly knowledgeable and only suggests treatments that are truly beneficial to your particular goals. There is no "over-selling" here. I got a spur-of-the-moment dermaplaning treatment and Madison, and it was incredible! I trust their recommendations - so much that I just signed up for a package of microneedling (which, by the way, is the best price I have seen in the Sandy Springs area). I also love that they sell the Revision skincare product line that I use to buy from my dermatologist but can now get here.

I made an appointment at the Sandy Springs location because a close friend said she got quick results. Unlike many other Spas, I saw that they actually test their products and services extensively on themselves before taking it to me, the consumer which I really appreciate. I doubt any other spa in Georgia would have given me the results I wanted.
