I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with this store every time I go in. I’ve worked with Brian several times in preparation for shoal bass fishing and getting my waders. This past time I worked with Devin and he basically read my mind and without hesitation hooked me up with exactly what he would’ve used. Not only did he treat me like family the dude got me rigged up in the store for a streamer set up. He told me exactly what to do and put me on some videos for more help. I walked out into the river this evening and got on some beautiful trout on the flys he rigged up. The cool thing about this place is the guys there really want you to catch fish then they want to hear about it! I will definitely be back not just for the gear but for the information these guys have. #meateater

Devin assisted me today and helped me get some references to help me learn about fly fishing, I appreciate him making a new hobby less intimidating and pointing me in the right direction. Organized well well-equipped store!

This Orvis location is great! They have a great inventory and there are plenty of friendly employees there that are willing to help. I made an reservation order and I was in and out (two days before Christmas) in a matter of minutes.

Shopping at this Orvis was without a doubt the best retail experience I've had in Atlanta in the three years since I moved here. There was a gentleman opening the door for customers, thanking us for visiting. While I was shopping, employee Bill offered his help and opinion while still giving respectful space. Leigh at the chekout counter folded my items with the utmost care and profusely thanked me for my business, which is a rare and cherished response from retailers these days. Truly, I can't say enough about how professional and service-oriented the staff is. I walked out of the store absolutely beaming, thrilled to have found exactly what I wanted and feeling appreciated.

One of the best Orvis stores I've been to. I've had a great experience with each employee I've interacted with and they've been great resources for local fly fishing information, gear recommendations, and most recently, helping me ship my rod out for repairs.

Unmatched customer service! Excellent quality items! They have a great guarantee on everything they sell. But your not going to need it because Orvis gear will probably outlast us all. Favorite clothing store want one of everything when I walk in.

My experience with making an exchange at Orvis on Peachtree is by far the most amazing experience I’ve had at any retail store in Atlanta and all the credit for that goes to Justin Powell. He took care of me from start to finish and all the way throughout arranging my exchange of the Carry it All Bag. I was the one who made the mistake and that didn’t matter one bit. He was kind, genuine and incredibly helpful. I will shop at this Orvis location for all of my fishing/outerwear needs. Thanks Justin!!

The Atlanta Buckhead store is the best Orvis store I've ever been in! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. Wesley is especially helpful. I live 2 hours away and do not get to visit often, but he always remembers me when I walk in. Yesterday he was very helpful with an exchange I needed to make. I am a customer for life!

Hands down the best customer service in town, regardless of what you’re shopping for. Justin knows everything anyone would want to know about fly fishing. His expertise alone is the reason to shop here. You will not find better quality in gear anywhere else. Six stars if possible.

This store, and the employees that work here, are first class. I am very, very new to the sport of fly fishing. My Dad was an avid fisherman and after his passing, I decided to try my hand at it in hopes to help carry on memories of my Dad. I had a rough start, though. The rod I inherited from my Father, unfortunately, broke before I could get out on the water. I took in the rod and the amazing staff at Orvis Atlanta took great care of me. They got my rod replaced and helped me select the accessories I needed for my first time on the water. Additionally, they told me I could call them for any reason from the river if there was anything that I needed or if I had any questions.

Fly fishing is difficult and expensive but the guys at Orvis are patient, courteous and are willing to help in anyway they can. I'm excited to learn more and get better at the sport over time. Thanks, gentlemen - you guys are great and I appreciate everything.

The quality of the clothes is excellent and the customer service is excellent. If your size isn't available or you saw something in the catalog that isn't in the store, they can order it for you and have it sent to your address for free. They can also tell you the exact measurements of the clothes.

First time being to this store. I was expecting it to be nothing like the main store in Manchester VT but I was wrong. The store was pretty big and had all sorts of goodies I wanted to get.
Friendly staff and dog friendly. The employee was sure to let us know that they were dog friendly and that next time we are in to bring our dog. Awesome!
