Chris and Wang are awesome. I had dropped my car off at a local shop for a broken exhaust etc. They weren't able to fix it and informed to call a muffler shop. I googled the area and Car care one came up with excellent reviews. So I called, I spoke with Wang first, he had me excited with stating years of experience with my model of car. I dropped it off @230pm...by 345, Chris was calling me with an estimate and time. My car was ready same day by 5pm! And very fair pricing! I was amazed. I've been looking for a decent, honest shop for a few yrs for my baby. I finally found it. Thanks Chris and Wang. Looking forward to working with you guys again 😀

The owner and his staff are absolutely exceptional. After losing my job because of the pandemic, my car sat for a while. I wasn't driving it on the regular basis anymore, which lead to countless issues. Chris educated me on the problems, resolved them quickly, & brought my car back to life.

My family has used their services multiple times over the years. I wouldn't dare consider taking my car anywhere else. They have great customer service & are trustworthy. I highly recommend any of my friends and family to use their services when needed as well as anyone reading this review.

My grandfather ravessss of this establishment and I couldnt agree more as I have always been showed great customer service and superb care of my car. For 5+ years I’ve been coming to this shop and they are able to fix my car and explain what went wrong, and occasionally when Firestone or Pepboys couldn’t! Chris and the entire staff - absolutely the best and would recommend to anyone needing top notch service and care.

After my prior mechanic of 15 years passed away during the covid pandemic I was in search for a good reliable and most of all HONEST MECHANIC and I came across Car Care One. Chris and his crew have absolutely been amazing. I have since referred numerous friends and family members to them and they also have been well pleased. 2 thumbs up

The quicklane I went to in my town basically ripped me off claiming they couldn't align my car with aftermarket parts because they were not adjustable which they were. They where just lazy and looking for money. I left with my car driving worse than when I arrived. I took an hr drive to car care and Paul got me right. Car care actually takes the time to work on your vehicle. They actually know what they're doing. Not to mention the price comparison was was better. Also there was less wait time. Pictures are worth a thousand words. I recommend coming here.

This is the best car repair facility I have ever been too! Chris and Travis always take care of my vehicles and they are very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and repair problems. I really like that they will take the time to explain exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and describe how they plan on repairing the issue. I always learn something new about cars when I talk to them.

The only people I trust to work on my car besides me. Hard to find honest hard-working mechanics these days that don't try to get over on you. I highly recommend them.

these folks are fantastic - very reliable work all of the time - courteous and the work is scheduled so no waiting nor delays - we have had many of our vehicles serviced for quite a few years and we trust and rely on chris ans wayne as they are very very knowledgeable technicians

The staff, was so knowledgeable, Travis, helpful and nice. They explained everything, answered questions and didn't pressure me to continue with the service until I felt it was right for me. What business does that? As well the price was good and they got my car running in great shape.

Travis was very professional and he was straight to the point with what was going on with my vehicle. He kept me informed with the updates with my vehicle and told me what to do going forward. Thank you guys for the quick and excellent service you did on my car. Aamco didn't do a good job of inspecting my car but you did. All the work was done quick and y'all kept me in the loop about my car. You also got the car cleaned and detailed. It looked like a brand new car and I love it! Will be coming back. We have been taking our cars here for ten years. They always correctly diagnose issue and repair quickly and at a good price. Owner is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and good communicator.

My clutch went out. I barely made it in the parking lot. I was stuck. They took my car right then and repaired it in the time they said. The price was fair. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Great experience. Highly recommend

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE from start to finish. I was always able to reach someone on the phone every time I called, the gentleman took time to explain EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle, and they cleared the debris out of my sunroof for no extra charge! As soon as I started driving my car, I could immediately tell that the ride was smoother and that the car was driving better than I when I dropped the car off. This will be my go to car shop moving forward!
