Spacious store with variety of products available. Currently sale is going on for majority of items. Store was not that crowded. They have good collection of Mattress, Mens, Women's and children's clothing, Kitchen utensils and Kitchen ware. They also have varieties of Curtains. They also have fashion accessories, perfume too. Store is very clean. Customer service was good

Got our family photos here for Xmas. Our photographer was Kim and she was so amazing! The photos turned out excellent and she was patient with our newborn.

Visited the place for fist time . It’s in shopping mall and 2 level building clothes sections for all ages . Least need 1-2 hours based on your shopping and you n billing counter we see only 1 cashier and it’s only concern I have . Rest are good .

This JCPenney is pretty alright. The store is typically well stocked. You can definitely find some great deals here. Great place to get Big & Tall Men's Clothes.

Always love the huge selection

I initially ordered online but had to return the item, as it didn't fit me. I decided to return the item in-store, however, as I didn't want to pay extra for shipping. Although the store wasn't very busy, the service was excellent, as every employee I encountered was happy to help me. If I ever shop at JCPenney in the future, I can be sure this location is a good option.

Great experience from start to finish. When I entered the store, the initial Customer Service Desk cashier was super helpful. She told me exactly how to get to the Order Pick-Up desk. When i got to the Pick-Up Desk, the lady was very friendly, upbeat and quick to obtain and retrieve my order. It was a very quick in/out experience which one would hope for when picking up an online-to-store order. Great customer service and accurate order!

I ended up getting a very good deal/discount on pants even without a coupon. And even though the cashier was wearing a mask she still came off as being very sweet and sincere...and it may be inappropriate but she was also very cute even if i didn't get to see her face, but i'm sure she already gets plenty of those kinds of compliments...?

Very courteous, professional and friendly staff. We went looking for boots. After trying several on, we found some colors and sizes online which were a better fit. When we expressed this to the staff, they took us to a counter and placed the order for us (as our mobile app was acting up). Have been shopping for years and have always found similarly good experiences always. I like this store better than Macy's (where we shop too) for their customer service 👋👍

I hope Penny's never goes away. It is enjoyable to walk around and explore. The staff is always great. The checkout clerk gave me an extra 20% off because she said I made her laugh! Always try and be courteous....you never know when it may pay off!!

Honest to god, I have not been in JCPenney's in probably six or seven years... But they had the most amazing sales along with a 30% off coupon for all kinds of clothing. I got 10 times more and saved so much. Honestly, the clothing here is way better quality than Walmart and/or Target, but I spent way less money than I would have if I had gone to Walmart/Target!!! I will definitely be going here a lot more.

Picked up an order that had been placed online. There was a short line for pick ups. It moved quickly. They scanned barcode from my phone and I had my order within seconds.

Shopping was great! Cute, fashionable clothes and most importantly, prices were right! There were deals on top of deals. I can always appreciate keeping extra money in my pocket!

It was a a wonderful experience at check out with Savita She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful to find items of our requirements and with her advice we found our required items. I wish her all success in her career with JCPENNY.Thanks a lot for her help.

Want to start off by saying Teena was absolutely amazing! She helped us with getting a suit for my fiancé for a funeral and she went out of her way to assist us. She along with Michelle definitely made this experience a pleasant one given the circumstances of the store visit. We will most definitely come back here just to see her.
