Great dentistry, affordable and great with insurance. All the staff was very professional and kind and explained things in a very easy manner to understand. Will definitely keep coming back for any dental work or help I need. Great place!

My experience at DentFirst Norcross has always been awesome, the team is very kind and professional. My hygienist is the best hygienist in the world "Silama" because of her my mouth is healthy, I highly recommend DentFirst. I have been their patient over 20 plus years.

I’ve been a DENTFIRST patient for at least six years. At my primary location the atmosphere and environment have remained the same; warm, inviting, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love the decor and that there is bottled water. Though my DMD changed, the quality and the service has remained the same; kind, consistent and thorough with a personal touch. That personal touch is everything. My Hygienist has likewise, remained kind, consistent, thorough and personable. She is 🔥🔥🔥 and makes every visit a pleasure. The front desk staff has always shown kindness and remained professional.

I’ve had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past but every time i come to Dent1st in Norcross it’s nothing but amazing. Stacey & Dr. Lofter on the ortho team are amazing and make every visit easy and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is definitely my favorite dentistry in Atlanta.

The building is tuck away off from the main street so you will need GPS to find this place.

The staff is still friendly and they always are on time with their appointments.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Dr. Sandvi and her team. Knowing I had some reservations and insecurities due negative past experiences, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I wound up needing an extraction today and it was the least traumatic experience I’ve gone through with the worst tooth I’ve ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and explained what was happening every step of the way. We came up with a short and long term plan that I am comfortable with and for the first time in my life, I’m optimistic about restoring my smile.

Generally able to get an appointment when needed. Service providers are competent and polite.

I received great service today from both the front desk receptionists the dental hygienist and the dental doctor. I was a bit upset with my appointment not due until later down in the year when I was told by another office that I was schedule for today. I owe a great debt of gratitude to the two young professional who assisted me today and was able to fit me into their busy schedule. Thank you for accommodating me. Great job.

Update: Went back for a root canal and literally a night and day experience from my previous dentist. I didn't feel A THING and took a lot less time!

I visited 3 dental offices before this one, non of them satisfied me. The staff at Dent1st is great, the office is clean, everyone is professional.
Dr. Wendy is 7 stars.
My hygienist , Ana was sweet and caring, very profesional.
I will highly recommend Dent1st.

Update: Worked with Carlos for the first time last week..He’s amazing and has excellent bedside manners.

I needed to find another ortho and my sister raved about this place and their professionalism, so I chose to see for myself. I am very pleased with all of the friendly smiles and the care received today. Highly recommended. Thank you again to all of the staff!

i went here for my first ever surgery which was just a simple wisdom tooth extraction. i let them know it was my first surgery and that i had a phobia of medical procedures and they did amazingly. they all made sure i was comfortable and even made a few jokes with me while we were waiting for the surgeon. i’m super happy with the whole experience! they’ve even called to check on me which is know is standard but still made me feel very well taken care of. thanks dentfirst!

The team here is great. I had to go for an emergency walk-in after realizing I had a tooth abscess and they were incredibly efficient and professional in their care but also kept me at ease (I don't like going to the dentist, but who does), so I'm definitely going to be going back for future dental work.

I definitely recommend them to anyone who may be facing a dental emergency and are nervous to ask for a walk-in, this place is great.

Dentfirst in Norcross was an amazing experience for my Husband and I. We were new patients and they fit us in immediately right after Christmas. There was little to no wait. The office was extremely clean and modern. Our dental assistant Jonathan was very kind and comforting during our X-rays and procedure. Dr. Wendy was extremely encouraging and knowledgeable on what we needed to get done. We are grateful for their kindness

This DentFirst location is amazing. The office staff is amazing and welcoming. They do a great job cleaning my teeth every time. The front desk makes me feel like I am home. Ms. Susan is an amazing manager. You can definitely see it in the way her employees respond; with a sense of urgency but also a meticulousness that always blows me away. I don't know how they do it, but they do. Amazing!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I really love this office being going here now for almost 3 years, the staff are great. I love the way they walk you through every step when cleaning or either pulling your tooth.

I had my first tooth pulled I was so nervous the staff was great and Wendy Musicer Sandvi, D.M.D. And her assistant is the best before I knew it the tooth was already out, I didn’t feel anything and now that the medicine wore off I feel great no pain , no soreness.

This is a great office. Jonathan is an exceptional dental assistant, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Shu has expertly fitted me with two crowns and I am very pleased. Our dental hygienist Carlos is the best. The front desk staff are always cheerful and helpful. My family always receive great care here.
