I received awesome service from HN insurance. Ben is awesome at selecting solid plans that fit your needs and he explains everything in detail in meaningful language rather than just insurance jargon. He communicates well and makes time for you. I've used him for my homeowners and vehicle insurance policies and and I must say, I got a lot better of coverage for a lot better price than working on my own or with other companies. Kelsey is also very quick to follow up with getting policies going as well. I highly recommend this company.

My team has worked with Ben for 3 years. Over that time frame we have purchased and sold over 30 investment properties for which Ben has provided the insurance. We had our first claims experience last week, and it could not have gone any more smoothly. I emailed Ben to advise of a break in, and he called me that evening. He set the claim up and called me back within the hour with the details. Tara, the adjustor, called me the very next morning, and we had a check in hand within 3 business days. Top notch claims service. I recommend Ben and Liberty Mutual to anyone looking for investment property insurance!

I would definitely recommend this company and especially Marc K as an agent.

I don’t know what DK’s issue was, but Ben has been fantastic to work with. He returns phone calls and emails after hours, and essentially held my hand through a claims process that would have gone sideways without his involvement.
