We were not looking forward to getting a new mattress, but our backs just couldn't take it any longer. We ordered our last mattress online and it's such a gamble when ordering online. So we decided to try an actual mattress store. We were blown away. Don welcomed us, asked us relevant questions, and made excellent recommendations on what kind of mattress to try. Not only did we fall in love with a mattress, they are delivering it tomorrow and taking away our old mattress (it will be recycled properly). With so much online shopping, I had forgotten what a really great customer experience is like. So thank you to Don and the team for making it an absolute pleasure to get a new mattress.

Don was super patient and friendly to us to explain all the questions and helped us to find the right mattress. Mattress Firm was able to do price matching for up to 4 months which made us very comfortable on placing the order right away.

After having major issues regarding our mattress foundation that we purchased from other Mattress Firm location, Donald the store manager took our call, went an extra mile to fix the issue immediately. Although we did not purchase from this location, Donald was very sympathetic, understanding and most importantly helping us to resolve the issues created by other store location. We highly recommend going to this store if you are in the area.

Dropped by today to get a twin mattress. Donald offered me several options to take home and deliver. He also pointed to other stores for options he didn’t have. He helped me to choose the right thing within my budget. It was quick and easy.
