I’ve been shopping with QFC SINCE 1993 everywhere from Des Moines to Kirkland! I was the only African in the store at 5 in the morning and what a relieve it was to not have to experience the TRAUMA Of being racially profiled. Great job QFC

My daughter and I traveled from California to visit Washington. Our favorite store here was QFC because of the selection and especially the giant bouquets of flowers. On yesterday's visit we were purchasing flowers to bring to a host of the gathering we were attending and also a friend of mine. Bobbie was the florist and she was so incredibly loving, kind, and helpful. She made it a point to get to know us and it was wonderful spending even just a few minutes talking with her. So grateful to have interactions with people who are genuine and take time to care about others, especially these days, Thank you Bobbie! Hope to see you again!

Nice store in a nice location with great prices. They have fresh baked breads, cakes, and pastries as well as food that you can get for lunch or dinner. Fresh vegetables and fruits, wide selections of meat and poultry, chips, snacks, soda, beer and just about everything else you would want or need.

I've never had a bad experience here. The managers are top notch and staff seem well trained. I will continue to shop here to support my local community.

My home store here on the hill for decades. Reminds me of the TV show. Cheers- everybody wants to go where everybody knows your name. Family atmosphere at incredible prices and selections

Lori and the deli team prevail again! They do such an incredible job with catering! Everything is packed so beautifully and ready to travel! They are fast, expedient, and so friendly! Lori even walked everything to my car for me and threw in serving utensils, serving tongs, and extra barbecue sauce!

Found everything we need. Meat and produce are fresh. Customer service is good. Parking is plentiful. It is easy to turn in and out of the parking lot. We noticed at least two handicap spots by the West entrance of the store. There is a customer restroom as well.

I go in here all the time because it is close to my office, but today I had a great experience with Amanda in the Deli. I needed some help catering an event ( cheese platter ) and she went out of her way to make sure I got the most bang for my buck. She helped go over all the options and put together a custom order and called me when it was ready for pickup. Very great customer service!

THEY ARE OPENED 24 hours a day 7 DAYS A WEEK! That's the best part of the store haha, they are always stocked on their products .Lines are quick and staff is friendly. I was looking for cotton candy grapes, grocery stores usually only carry them during the summer,I went to all the closest groceries to get bulk of them. I was obsessed with them for a while. The guy at produce helped me and went to the back to check if they had them, but they were out and said they might get more on their next inventory day . He offered to get my number and call me when they came in , I thought he would just throw it away and forget. 4 days later I got a call from him saying they just got them and that he will have some on hold for me with my name on them.That is outstanding customer service . He was so friendly,outgoing and I totally suck for not getting his name because he was awesome !!! I am forever grateful for his awesome customer service because this summer I was always stocked on my cotton candy grapes craving haha 😂

Mallory and Lori at the deli counter are the best kinds of humans! So friendly, so helpful, so positive! They are a joy to interact with! Boar’s Head meats with great daily sales! Come for the food, stay for the deli employees!

After visiting multiple other locations in the area, this one has consistently been the best. I've never noticed it to be particularly dirty or out of many items and I can't say enough how friendly and personable the entire staff seems to be from all departments.

Location of the Kroger owned QFC chain. Great selection of products. Wine, cheese, natural foods, etc. Store has easy parking and an easy to shop layout. Updated look. Convenient shopping with a pharmacy in store as well.

I use this store once a month, when I do ,the employees that work in the pharmacy are so nice and friendly with a side of professionalism.The food items are priced a wee little high but easily affordable.Stores always clean,also restrooms are stocked and cleaned on a steady basis.Happy shopping.

I wouldn't normally take the time to review a supermarket, but this Kirkland QFC has had a welcome upgrade in layout and organization, and still having a nice emphasis on NW regional products. Staff has always been nice to me, too, which I welcome as a late evening shopper.

around 7:10pm today (12/20/2021) some Neanderthal in their tan old crusty SUV almost hit me and my boyfriend while we were walking along with 2 other cars in the parking lot. When we confronted him he was psychotic and yelled at us as if it was our fault HE almost hit us

A tremendous variety of extremely good foods here. These people introduced me to Scamorza cheese and Branston Pickle (not to be eaten in the same meal; Branston Pickle should be paired with Beecher's, Tillamook, or English cheeses, while Scamorza is mozzarella's loud, aggressive cousin), both of which turn out to be hard to find in the places I've lived in since...

Best little grocery store in totem lake, for staff, selection, bakery, deli, and real help! Even though same owner as Fred Meyer that's gone to the dogs, and raised prices, and cheats on prices

The nicest, kindest people working here. My son knocked over my Starbucks and the manager lady went and had another remade for me, made my day thank you so much.
