Service took FOREVER for one order of birria tacos but it was so good! The consommé dipping sauce is just greasy but the flavor is amazing in the tacos! So much better than Indio’s hands down. Their guava drink is very good too

This restaurant is hidden in a little cluster of businesses right near the middle. From a distance you cannot even see that it is a place to eat, but if you like authentic Hispanic food then this place is a must try! They speak English very little, but if you can get past that the food and service makes up for it. WATCH OUT! For the red salsa they have is Extremely Spicy! Good taste, but it will take your breath away if not careful. Try the green tomatillo sauce instead. Still spicy but comparatively much more tolerable and oh so tasty!

AMAZING AUTHENTIC Birria's! I haven't tried anything else because I keep ordering Birrias! Lol!!! But I keep seeing this bowl that has beef and it looks a stew or soup but everyone has this each time I visit so I am getting that next with a side of...... you guessed it! Birria's! Lol. The customer service is decent and each time I ordered everything was what I paid for. This place is a take-out restaurant for me. And that's completely fine! The four stars are coming from the food not the service. Just keep that in mind. Please go!!!! Eat a Birria Taco for me!

Great Mexican food, birria is amazing. This is original Mexican taste not chipotle/Taco Bell or all other "Mexican" restaurants that put lettuce on all dishes (really don't know why) and just serve Fajitas that's not authentic Mexican food. This is real and likely as you test in Mexico, salsa is 🔥 as we eat in Mexico so be careful.

Omg, this ish was so good. It was my first time trying these tacos and I went way to another state before I tried these. I went back the very next day and ordered the same thing . These are so amazing...

I ate some of the taco before I even took the picture that's how good it was. I don't even live in Georgia but when I called the lady I already know who I am every time I visit from out of town.

I have been eating here for about six years. My favorite food is Mexican and Texcoco is the best of the best. Simple fare. Hot, delicious, and priced well. I have been impressed with every dish, soup, and dessert I have had.

Waaaay better than El Indio in my opinion. I’ll travel for these Birria Tacos any day, easy to order and pick up and not packed with people, always fresh, easier to call in ahead (other locations with birria tacos never answer the phones). Hidden gem, love this spot!!

It's an authentic resteraunt so speaking spanish and knowing the order is a must! And these ladies do a great job of giving more than enough food for your buck. Love the juice too.

I love their Barria style tacos with consommé. It’s clean and consistent with the taste. One of my favorite spots in Atlanta.

This place has some of the best birria tacos around. Definitely recommend that you stop in and try them. Will be stopping in when I'm back in town

Birria tacos with consome hit the spot. Definitely will come back. I did have to wait for about 30 minutes after ordering to get the food but it was worth it to me.

This place has amazing food. Specially their lamb soup...hands down the best. Tacos are full of meat and hand made tortillas.
