Egg Harbor Cafe

I love everything about this place, and the same can be said for each location I’ve been to (three different cities). All of them are top tier in terms of food, service and atmosphere, hands down. They’re called “Egg Harbor” but they make some of the BEST pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’m picky when it comes to breakfast/brunch. The service is fast and friendly, even when they have a packed house (which they pretty much always do - make a reservation to save time). I can’t say enough good things about this place, because I’ve yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommend checking them out at least one. You won’t be disappointed.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place exceeded my expectations. I haven’t experienced service like this in a long time.

I was seated immediately. My latter arrived within a couple of minutes of ordering it. Food arrived shortly after that. I may have had a designated server but the entire team worked together to take care of me and my needs. They honestly seemed to have a collective consciousness because they all knew what to do and so quick too.

The latte was excellent. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it did not disappoint.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

There was no wait when we arrived. Lots of tables and/or booths. Atmosphere is modern farmhouse decor very fitting for breakfast/brunch dining. Lots of menu options to choose but everything was extremely fresh and flavorful. We started with orange juice and coffee. Food comes out fast and we wanted to try several dishes so we ordered in stages and wife I shared. Started with Shrimp n Grits, then had the Lobster Scrambler and Strawberry Crumbler French toast. Excellent service and we will repeat whenever back in the area.

This breakfast spot is oh so good!!! The menu is unique with how they put their own creative ingredients in their meals that make ur taste buds pop as u close ur eyes and enjoy every bite. Those pancakes were so mouth watering delicious that I literally live an 1.5 hours away and was in the area for medical testing, but geesh I gotta find my way back for a breakfast date.

One of the best brunch spots around. I come here often and always have a great experience. Can’t wait for their bar to open! The pumpkin pecan pancakes were delicious. I’m slowly making my way through the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet. Shout out to Sofia for taking care of us!

Great visit! So much yummy food! French toast, hash, fresh fruit, and coffee was bomb! Came here for a sweet Sunday morning and left with full bellies. Come here for your next breakfast brunch!!

I can't believe I haven't rated Egg Harbor before now! This has been such a staple and always a good choice for an intimate breakfast/brunch! There is such a 'home' atmosphere -very warm!- and the food always pleases. Certainly a good choice for any occasion!

One of our most favorite breakfast places in the Atlanta area. They always use fresh ingredients because the quality of food that you get at the table is always amazing. Highly recommend.

First visit, we promptly greeted and seated. Our server came to our table soon after and our coffee was there. After a minute, we were able to place our food order. The food looked very appetizing and tasted just as good. The serving was more than adequate, price was reasonable so we left as satisfied customers. An Egg Harbour will definitely be on my list as a good restaurant. This travel advisor will be sharing this option to her clients.

Chef’s kiss! A gem of a place. No wonder this place has so many good reviews and high ratings. We went there on Sunday. We joined the waitlist from Google, and had to wait for 40 minutes which is understandable because of the popularity of this place. We started with Spicy Bloody Mary and Pineapple mimosa. I loved the bloody mary; it had the perfect amount of spice, tang, and kick. I was disappointed by the mimosa. It was just pineapple juice couldn't taste any champagne in it. I am a biscuit and gravy enthusiast, so I had to order their Fried Chicken Biscuit, which was good. Gravy was yummy. We also ordered Strawberry Crunch French Toast from their seasonal menu. It was delicious; my husband, who is not a big fan of sweet things, loved it. Service was A+. Our server Kiley was very attentive and friendly. Overall a good experience. We’ll be back to try more items from the menu.

We had a lovely breakfast here. The staff was super nice! Great menu of choices. Food arrived promptly and was really good. Very impressed with the bacon. Cooked perfectly! The avocado toast was really yummy as was the berry French toast!! Will definitely return! Highly recommended!!

Amazing service! We went during a brunch rush but everything was quick and hot. We had the cinnamon swirl pancakes, a create your own skillet, the Texas French toast, and the strawberry orange juice which we couldn’t get enough as you can tell from the pictures!

10/10 would recommend! Decided to try this place when a friend was in town and I’m glad I did. Amazing service with friendly servers & hosts, nice ambiance, reasonable prices and tasty, flavorful food.
Only drawback is our food took a little while to come out (granted it was peak brunch time) but it was all worth it when we dug in.
Had the San Antonio skillet with the challah French toast and it was the perfect mixture of savory and sweet. The Arnold Palmer was also mixed perfectly.

Best food and service. The staff is attentive and respectful. They have an amazing gluten free menu as well. As someone who has been gf for a few years it's hard to find a good place to eat for breakfast. They deserve all the stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time I have been to this place since before the pandemic, and it’s better than I remember. Great food, solid coffee, good drinks and great service. There is ALWAYS a wait here on the weekends but you can add your name to the list online and they will call you when your table is ready. No frills, reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options- everything we had here was excellent.

The staff was lovely the food was great. Everything was fresh. We had an appointment out there and decided to stop for breakfast before and landed here. I'm so glad because it was a great choice. We couldn't stay long and had to pack the food up but overall we had a great experience and would recommend!!!!

Comfy Southern breakfast place with a large menu. Great atmosphere, staff, and food. The chicken biscuit is a must try but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. I highly recommend giving their grits a try as well, they're super soft and fluffy.

Gluten free cinnamon rolls!!! An entire gluten free menu and great service. Also turkey bacon, real maple syrup, and loose leaf tea.

Egg Harbor Cafe is the best! Parking is easy and we’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be seated.

LOVE the chicken & waffles – I get it every time. The chicken is tender and flavorful and the waffle is just perfection.

I also usually get and extra waffle and a side of bacon and eggs bc the food is so good, I always want to have extra to take home!
