We always have the most amazing experiences during our appointments! Im a mom of four with one child with special needs. I had so much anxiety for her first appointment and let me just say that the entire staff accommodated my sweet girl so much! They went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met and that she felt special and proud of her super clean teeth. I can’t thank this staff enough for seeing her for who she is and for making our entire family feel comfortable and loved! I would hands down recommend this practice to everyone!

Dr. Morton and the team are always efficient, professional and absolutely fantastic! I feel like I'm in very good hands. Also I work with Jennifer as my hygienist and she is absolutely incredible and does the most thorough teeth clean that I've ever had!!

Dr. Silverman and staff are wonderful. Jennifer Burke did a fantastic job with my cleaning. Everyone took their time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend this dental office.

This is one awesome dental practice!! I had an emergency with my temporary crown which was done out of town, and they were very accommodating in helping me, especially that I was going to be traveling the next few days!! Dr. Morton was able to put in a new temporary crown and I certainly appreciated his help!! Everyone in the office was so kind!! I heartily recommend Dr. Morton and this office!!

I absolutely love Dr. Silverman. He has a very warm and down to earth personality. He's knowledgeable, gentle and efficient. He will definitely be my dentist moving forward.

Brett and his team are AMAZING! He genuinely cares about his patients and wants to ensure they have a great experience. He's gone out of his way to ensure my daughter who is terrified of going to the dentist or doctor is comfortable and has won her over and she now enjoys going to see him! My hygienist, Jennifer, is so conscientious and thorough when she cleans my teeth. She doesn't miss a thing and she always has great recommendations for things to use at home. She is the best!

My visit to Dr. Silverman's office was as awesome as it always is. Even though I live in Fla. and only visit twice a year, I don't feel like a stranger. The staff couldn't be more cordial. That's why we make the trip. It's worth the 500 mile drive to Alpharetta, a night in a hotel, and the trip back the next day. People always marvel that we've been doing this trip for thirteen years. Because it's worth it.

Jessica was awesome! I was very comfortable with her and think she did an exceptional job on my cleaning. (I will miss Tiara-someone please tell her I wish her the best!) But very happy with Jessica!! :-)

Incredible experience. The staff went over and beyond to help with my situation. Dr Silverman is the absolute best dentist I have experienced. The office is calm and relaxing, the equipment is state of the art - but most importantly, they seem to care about you as a person…from the initial phone call to book throughout your appointment and as you walk out the door. They make going to the dentist enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Advanced cosmetic and family dentistry is an exceptional experience of care on many levels. The expertise, the technical equipment and skilled dentists plus hygienists are top notch! Just moved here from NJ and we are so happy to enjoy such great care!

We have been seeing Dr Morton for 4 years. I love my hygienist Jenn. She’s extremely thorough and gentle. I would highly recommend the office. If you have high anxiety they will do what is needed to make sure your experience is stress free.

Dr. Zimmerman is extremely intelligent and abreast with the state-of-the-art dentistry and research development. Similarly, his bedside manners are immaculate and sensitive to the needs of patients.

Dr. Morton has been my dentist for many years and has performed numerous procedures including a quite complicated implant replacement. He surrounds himself with tremendous knowledge, the best equipment and a competent and friendly staff.
The office personnel are warm and friendly and make a visit to the dentist something you can look forward to.

Both Dr. Morton & Dr. Silverman are amazing dentist, and the staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is so kind & the atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend Jennifer for cleanings! She is such a sweet person & super knowledgeable when it comes to dental hygiene!

I can not express how much I used to have anxiety going to dentists. Dr Silverman is incredible! I experienced no pain what so ever my entire body was able to relax while he was drilling which I never was able to do before!! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this practice is!
