This location is a little strange in its layout. The store was an experiment in design and it's mostly a failed one. However, this trip I quickly found what I needed and was on my way after just a few minutes.

But, I will say I'm not sure BBQ sauce on the same shelf as cleaning products and mosquito spray is the best idea (see photo).

Home Depot saves my family’s Christmas vibe :) Late owl me needed a good fir tree. I was going to find just a heap of needles, but they still have a lot of Fraser Firs, Canaan Firs, and other kinds, short needles, medium needles, $80 for 7-8’, many 5 ft cheaper, and up to 9 ft-ish for $130-200 something. Come and see! :)
The store employee was very helpful with packing.

Fully stocked, great customer service! My go-to HomeDepot because of their selection and staff. Good prices, good selection of better quality items and basics. Decent sales. Gardening section is great , especially spring and summer. Good place and prices for Christmas trees and they trim and load in or on your vehicle.

First time coming this Home Depot. This location had the size bifold doors/style I needed. I live 40 min away and my location didn’t have it; but I’m reviewing the Home Depot based on customer service. I had the Pleasure of getting help and assistance from Austin today and that has been the best experience I have EVER had. Keep in mind I’m always in Home Depot for renovations to my house and other homes.

This location is great. I usually get approached by friendly staff who are very helpful. I like to visit this store as it best represents Home Depot as a company.

Very nice store but it is set up completely different than every other store I’ve been into so no matter how many times I go in it catches me off guard!

You may not like the politics of the owner, but this store has AMAZING customer service! A special shout out to Jabari who assisted us with several things. He even walked across the store to retrieve an item for us! We watched him do the same for other customers he helped! There was another employee who helped us in molding section but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I love that I can walk out of the store and feel appreciated & serviced! Kudos!

Of course you have been to Home Depot, that is a given. This particular one in Alpharetta GA is right off Windward, near the Costco. They have everything. I do note in many cases their inventory needs to be improved. I have dropped by for example at least once looking for the 10mm socket, and none are on the shelf. I ask an employee, and the inventory shows 5 are "available ". That's nice I say as I look elsewhere for the socket. Other than those annoyances, they do have almost everything you could need. When there is an obvious descrepancy in the inventory, they need to flag it for an update. Otherwise for the next three month the website and internal count will show an unavailable part as "available".

The layout of this store is different test DYNAMIC & easy to navigate! Wow. I used to shop at Lowe’s but now I’m thinking twice

Stock of cherry tomatoes is already gone....makes this girl sad.
People who entered just before me with their dog allowed in to dump in the garden center...not a pleasant experience. Either pick it up or leave your dog at home.
Would have taken stars off for both of these issues...but I won't fault Home Depot for ignorance of their customers.

This visit was very nice. What happened was a little bit funny actually. When my daughter and I were walking into Home Depot she said to me, "Mom we should ask somebody for help so we can find what we're looking for quicker". I said to her, "every time we walk in here and I ask somebody for help, they never want to help, and just say we don't carry that or I'm not sure". Well, as soon as those words came out of my mouth there was a man standing at a table, kind of like an information table, that said "hey can I help you find anything today?". My daughter and I just looked at each other, and we're like wow that's new. This experience was much better due to that help, and the friendliness of the store employee. I think it's brilliant that they have this person waiting at a kind of information booth set up, and willing to help people walking through the door with questions. Now, I don't go to Home Depot a lot, I only go when I need something so this may have been in practice for a while now. It's just the first time I've seen it, and actually had someone try to help me find something. It was a much better experience than previous visits.

If you own a house then you would need home depot quite often for most of your needs. I love the way the store is organized and the inventory is kept. If you just have the app then possibly you can pretty find the location of every product kept inside home depot. Something I feel that other stores can learn, as I find this immensely helpful. Moreover the staff is very knowledgeable and they are very happy to help as and when needed.

We recently bought a washing machine through The Home Depot. When it came, the hose was not the right length. I went to the Milton location, to try and fix the problem. Janet helped me find just the right hose and in a color that would blend in with my laundry room better. She even called me at home later to ask how the hose worked out. Now, that’s customer service!

I normally write reviews when I've had poor experiences, but I'm trying hard to start sharing good ones too. I received excellent customer service from Jason in the floor/tile department while choosing grout. He offered a color sample card and helped put the grout I selected in my cart without me even asking. I also had assistance from another employee to get a light fixture off the shelf and the self-checkout attendant was helpful. All around great experience!
