Ochsner St. Anne Hospital: Emergency Room

Caring staff. I always go to this hospital. Fast service, usually very little wait time. Highly recommend.

Best hospital I came all the way from Houma and I was seen right away they care about your health and pain the treat you amazing. They're a little while away but worth it I will be coming back everytime.

Extremely disappointed in the overall procedures of this hospital. My brother was released with a diagnosis stated on his release papers. The nurse refused to let me talk to a doctor even though I was listed on his paperwork as a contact person to discuss his health. No medication was distributed nor a follow up visit was made with a mental health provider. He stayed for four days with nothing done in the end to assure his mental health was safe. I needed answers and received no help.

Rachel at the emergency room is extremely rude!!!!! She answers questions with an nasty attitude and demeaning manner. The lack of professionalism from Rachel reflected on the hospital in general, so we decided to seek services from a different provider. Complete worth the drive to Thibodaux Regional Center or the Terrebonne General Hospital. Avoid this place! There is no need to deal with rude/unprofessional providers when there are so many others professionals available.
